I've always been happy with mint&lily and this is no exception. I am so happy I treated myself to the purchase of the paper clip bracelet! It is the perfect fit and I've already added several charms.

The day I ordered by rings, I put the order in thru paypal, I received a call from Lori, I tried to return her call x2 but no one answers and there is no voicemail, Lori was claiming my order was not completed, even though they took money from my paypal account. I even emailed them x2 and received no reply back, I didn't even get a tracking number. So basically they are saying my order was not complete, and wanted me to repay. They took my money and gave me no product.

I didn't get a package and the customer service was so fast to reply and solve the issue to my benefit. I never work with companies that are so quick to aid the customer! Thank u and will order again

I visited the site a few times and hesitated to purchase anything. It always comes down to quality and I've had some bad experiences. I was pleasantly pleased with the quality of the pieces I purchased. I had a problem with the clasp on the earrings I recieved. I was able to keep the earrings plus Gina gave me a gift card in the full amount of the earrings. Excellent customer service!

I purchased several bracelets from another site and recently ordered this bracelet from Mint and Lilly. I love the bracelet and its' clasp. I also ordered a dog paw bracelet from Mint and Lilly. I will continue to order from them now! I wear both every day.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with M&L! I reached out in regards to a necklace I purchased for a friend a couple of months ago as I noticed the chain was tarnishing. They replied within minutes and were very accommodating and helpful. I love their products and their service is top notch!

I made a purchase in November 20 24 for several initial necklaces. Recently I was visiting with my granddaughter and noticed that her initial K had tarnished. I contacted Mint and Lily regarding this and provided the requested photos and they immediately corrected issue by sending us a new initial necklace at no charge, including no charge for shipping.

After having my daughter, I ordered a ring stack to include her name. I ordered her birthstone ring along with the dainty braided ring to complete the stack. After receiving them, there was a sizing issue that was resolved within a matter of days! The quality of the rings are excellent and the customer service is top notch. Will absolutely be coming back for future orders!

I have ordered several products and I don't have one complaint! Perfect gifts for birthdays, holidays, and just because gifts. Excellent response time from customer support with an address change for delivery.

Recently left a review I was very happy with my product I received…they ask me to write a review and they would give me a $50gift card. After multiple response with them of submitting what they wanted I feel like that was a scam…I did google and it shows that website is a scam for honoring gift card gift cards they say they will do. Otherwise, I was very happy with the product I got from them Just don't waste your time doing their review for a gift card.

I bought 3 beautiful necklaces and one received was not the initial I ordered. Contacted customer service and in less than an hour received follow up with offer fir gift card to order correct necklace and gave shipping covered. What could have been a long drawn out experienced was resolved professionally and quickly. Will order again.

I thought I had a small mistake on a bracelet that I ordered so I emailed. Almost instant response ready to fix the problem. Turned out I made a mistake which I caught myself They were so gracious with me. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Lovely people to deal with.

I ordered a few personalized pieces for my Sister and I to wear at my Mom's celebration of life and two of the bracelets were damaged. I emailed support and Gina replied right away with a genuine, heartfelt response. It was very thoughtful and Gina took care of replacing the bracelets right away so we would have them to wear for the celebration. I honestly have never had such amazing customer service, Gina was wonderful and I can't thank her enough. I absolutely love Mint and Lily!

I purchased the wrong size hoop earrings and was thrilled by the ease of returning them and getting a credit to purchase the correct size! The customer service was very fast, personalized and friendly. The earrings were beautiful, too. I can't wait to get the new ones!

My bracelet is pretty and as pictured, but my compass necklace was slightly off from what I saw online. When I contacted customer service about the compass necklace I purchased they responded immediately and took the steps to rectify the situation. They were quick, kind, and wanted to make it right. They strive to put the customer first.

On April 18th I ordered the beaded bracelet from Mint & Lily. (Order #ML*******). Previously I had also ordered the Paper clip bracelet and the mother of pearl sunset necklace. After seeing the beaded bracelet, I had to have it, as well, to add to my collection. I have worn the necklace and both bracelets since receiving them in the shower and they still look like they did the day I received them. When the beaded bracelet arrived. I noticed the color was a little off and different from my first bracelet. I wear them at the same time with other bracelets for a stacked look. I reached out to Mint and Lily with my concern and a picture and immediately received a response back. They issued me a credit for the bracelet and didn't even ask me to return the bracelet! Needless to say, I will be making more purchases with Mint & Lily. Their jewelry is of quality good quality, affordable and their customer service is top notch!

I have ordered from Mint & Lily before and the jewelry is always gorgeous. On my recent order the jewelry was yet again beautiful but I made a size mistake on a ring. I contacted customer service on a Saturday and received an immediate response. Not only was my mistake taken care of, it was done in the best way! I couldn't be happier. I've never had better customer service! I will be back for more amazing orders for sure!

EDIT: I initially rated mint & lily 2 stars on TrustPilot due to issues I had with my order. After posting my review they reached out to give me a gift card for the cost of my order which I was thankful for. But they kept reaching out asking me to update my review with the promise of $20 gift card. I updated my review to 4 stars because they were trying hard to make it right. I sent proof of this and then they asked to write a review on this website for $50 gift card. I was like okay sure! Well after writing the review below with 4 stars and sending proof to mint & Lily - they told me they only give $50 gift card to 5 star reviews. I never received the $20 for updating my original review on trustpilot either. They just want to bribe customers. Original review: I ordered the customizable cored bracelets and they are just as pictured on the website and super cute. My only complaint was that the mechanism to keep it at the desired length wasn't perfect causing the bracelet to come loose often. I have smaller wrists so this was a bit frustrating so I ended up super glueing it at the tightness I wanted so now it's a forever bracelet 🤣 which is okay with me. Another con was that it did take longer to arrive and when I reached out to customer service I didn't hear from them until after it arrived. When they got back to me and I expressed any concerns - they were super helpful and offered to make it right immediately. I am impressed with their team and will be shopping with them again.

So far the quality has been excellent. The rings are beautiful and I'm obsessed with my monogram necklace. I'm so glad I decided to purchase after seeing them on my Facebook!

I had an issue with items I purchased that were sent incorrectly. I messaged them on their Facebook Messenger and it was VERY quickly fixed. Amazing quality items too! This was my second order with them, and definitely not my last... Highly recommend!
