I have been wanting the stackable name rings for a while. My hubs got them for me for Mother's Day and I absolutely love them! Fantastic quality and so so cute! Very comfortable to wear. The packaging was even cute! Definitely recommend.

I ordered one of the photo necklaces for my Mom for Mother's Day. When it arrived, the necklace had either broken or not been totally attached to the clasp. I emailed customer service on Sunday and got a reply in minutes with a full resolution. I really appreciate how quickly and easily my issue was resolved.

Love these earrings. Great size and fit. Wear them everyday! I have often had problems with earrings that were not 14K…but I can wear these without issue!

I received my bracelets on time but the order was incorrect. I emailed Mint and Lily regarding the issue and my disappointment. Gina immediately emailed me in return and worked with me closely to resolve the problem. I can not say enough about the customer service Mint and Lily provides. I bought 3 cuff bracelets. One for myself with my 2 daughters names inside.The other two where BE BRAVE AND BEAUTIFUL GIRL. All three had LOVE written on outside. They had very special meanings for me and my girls. Gina took care of the problem! YOU ROCK, GINA!

I ordered the Pave initial pendant necklace as a gift for my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loved it and has worn it every day since I gave it to her. Unfortunately a couple of stones fell out. I contacted customer service and received a reply in minutes. They have sent her a gift card to replace it. Absolutely great customer service. I have purchased other Items and never had an issue. I will definitely continue to shop with them. Their products are of high quality and beautiful.

Due to a business error, I had to interact with customer service. They were extremely kind, responded very quickly, and were generous in correcting the error. You can tell the company not only values their jewelry but also their customers.

I have purchased 5 pieces of jewelry. Out of those 5 pieces 4 of them were gifts. My friends and daughter in law loved them. The quality of the jewelry is good, has not tarnished and it's still in great condition. I have never had a company respond so quick with answers to my questions. The pieces of jewelry looks exactly as shown on the picture but honestly better when it's on. I will continue to buy from them but will also let my friends and family know to buy from them. Thank you Mint & Lily for having great options, Quality pieces and affordability.

Not only do they have GORGEOUS jewelry but their customer service beats all I've ever seen! I sent an inquiry before 7am and got a response in about 5 minutes! WHAT?! That is unheard of these days! I recently purchased a few things, a ring, bracelet and necklace. While I loved the ring and bracelet, the necklace didnt look good on me. The customer service was outstanding. Gina and Anne Marie was so kindly and generous. They replied to me immediately and made sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them!

I've always been happy with mint&lily and this is no exception. I am so happy I treated myself to the purchase of the paper clip bracelet! It is the perfect fit and I've already added several charms.

The day I ordered by rings, I put the order in thru paypal, I received a call from Lori, I tried to return her call x2 but no one answers and there is no voicemail, Lori was claiming my order was not completed, even though they took money from my paypal account. I even emailed them x2 and received no reply back, I didn't even get a tracking number. So basically they are saying my order was not complete, and wanted me to repay. They took my money and gave me no product.

I didn't get a package and the customer service was so fast to reply and solve the issue to my benefit. I never work with companies that are so quick to aid the customer! Thank u and will order again

I visited the site a few times and hesitated to purchase anything. It always comes down to quality and I've had some bad experiences. I was pleasantly pleased with the quality of the pieces I purchased. I had a problem with the clasp on the earrings I recieved. I was able to keep the earrings plus Gina gave me a gift card in the full amount of the earrings. Excellent customer service!

I purchased several bracelets from another site and recently ordered this bracelet from Mint and Lilly. I love the bracelet and its' clasp. I also ordered a dog paw bracelet from Mint and Lilly. I will continue to order from them now! I wear both every day.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with M&L! I reached out in regards to a necklace I purchased for a friend a couple of months ago as I noticed the chain was tarnishing. They replied within minutes and were very accommodating and helpful. I love their products and their service is top notch!

I made a purchase in November 20 24 for several initial necklaces. Recently I was visiting with my granddaughter and noticed that her initial K had tarnished. I contacted Mint and Lily regarding this and provided the requested photos and they immediately corrected issue by sending us a new initial necklace at no charge, including no charge for shipping.

After having my daughter, I ordered a ring stack to include her name. I ordered her birthstone ring along with the dainty braided ring to complete the stack. After receiving them, there was a sizing issue that was resolved within a matter of days! The quality of the rings are excellent and the customer service is top notch. Will absolutely be coming back for future orders!
