Order# ML******* Order Date: 05/02/2025 I just received my order and one of the items, a ring, was too small. I immediately contacted Mint & Lily's Support Services and they solved the issue by issuing 2 gift card codes. One for the amount of the ring so I could immediately go to their site and order another ring in the correct size (I was able to keep the original ring!) And a second one with a value of $20. This issue was solved all within 1 hour! Great Customer Service and great products, too!
I am always cautious about who I buy from online. When I was searching for a particular bracelet set, I came across Mint & Lily but I was worried if the site was legit. When someone came into to my place of work with the very set that I wanted, I asked them about it and they quickly raved about Mint & Lily. Of course I placed an order immediately. The bracelets arrived quickly and were packaged beautifully. Unfortunately I accidentally ordered a wrong size on one of the bracelet sets. I emailed their customer service and within minutes we had a solution to exchange the bracelets. I was amazed at how wonderful their customer service was. They were polite and were very quick to respond. I have become an instant customer to this company. I definitely will be buying from them again. The products that I have received were beautiful, and I am excited to wear them.
Love this beautiful The charms beautifully etched. Everyone who saw it loved it snd asked me where I got it. I always was glad to tell them. However, somehow it came opened and I've since lost it. The picture is before it came undone and was lost.As you can see, I'm a very satisfied customer. The customer service is also very polite and helpful.

I recently purchased a bracelet with a birthstone charm and cross charm. I also ordered the engraved birth flower disc charm. It was to arrive on 5/6/25. I received a notice that it was in my mailbox, but it wasn't. I sent e-mail, to customer support alerting them, just in case. They responded quickly and asked me to wait 24 hours. I grabbed the mailman today and watched as she opened the bank of mailboxes, and there it was. I absolutely love them. Of the 25 bracelets I stack, 22 are Mint & Lily. The Quality and feel of the bracelets are fantastic. I never take them off, and they have never shown any tarnishing. I'm very have with the support their customer Service has always given me. I plan to be a frequent customer.
I bought a ring in January that the gold plating failed on. I contacted customer service with photos and received an immediate response and credit to my account so that I could order a replacement. Seriously the best customer service! They have a customer for life.

I have purchased a few products from Mint $ Lily and each item is sooo cute! If I have had any questions, their customer service is sooo quick to respond and make right. Immediately. Top notch! Will order many times again.
I've ordered a very sentimental gift for myself and my mom who will soon be a grandma through adoption. When receiving the items, there was a knot in one of the bracelets and I reached out for assistance. Without hesitation, Gina immediately reacted and offered a replacement. I placed my first order recently. Mint and Lily shipped it out almost immediately; however, it got delayed with other shipping companies. Gina from customer service not only helped me immediately, but was the most kind, compassionate person I have interacted with at any company. I would 100% shop with this company again.

I ordered several things from Mint&Lily. When I reached out to customer service concerning a couple of my items, Gina was more than helpful! She was very prompt at responding to my emails and took no time in rectifying the issue. I love the personalized and unique pieces they offer!
I placed my first order on 4/10/25. Before the order arrived, I had a specific question regarding pricing and delivery. The customer service representative was helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help answer all of my questions. I was very happy once my jewelry did arrive and have been wearing the pieces quite often. I will be happy to be a repeat customer! I am very grateful for excellent customer service!
I received my order of two stackable rings today. The packaging is beautiful and the 6 birthstones I selected on one of them were great. The other ring was a flat top stackable ring with a custom name engraved. I was surprised and to be honest a little disappointed in how small the name is, even though it is called a "tiny" stackable ring. It's hard to picture how small this is online.
I emailed customer service to see if they could make the name larger. My first shock was that I got a response in less than 5 minutes. The second thing that impressed me is that they want me to be happy, so they suggested another ring that may work better for me. They gave me a credit covering the cost of the first ring to go towards a new order.
We exchanged 3-4 emails and the resolution took less than a half hour. Wow, I think they mean it when they say they want their customers to be happy!
The ring quality is nice and I look forward to ordering a wider stackable ring to go with the birthstone ring!
I rarely write reviews, but this time - I just have to! I have purchased 5 different orders from December 2024- May 9,2025. The stackable beaded bracelets are wonder and sizing is very accurate! My girls wear theirs all the time and they look like new.
For mother's day we chose the paperclip bracelet for my Mother-in law. She loves it. It is of the highest quality, easy to put on (and take off) and is light weight/comfortable for her to wear. I highly recommend this company and look forward to being a customer of theirs often.
I had a delay with my order from Mint & Lily, even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. Naturally, I was frustrated, but their customer service team was outstanding.
They responded quickly, refunded the shipping cost, and even offered a small gift card as an apology. More importantly, they were kind, professional, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. I'm still looking forward to receiving my items, but based on this experience alone, I'd absolutely order again!

Received a gift from someone that didn't fit me. They were able to get me the correct size with pictures and information I sent them. They let me keep the other bracelet also! I have other pieces from here and will continue to return because of the great service.
I received a dainty birthstone ring from my son for Christmas ordeeed 12/16/24 order#*******. Four stones fell out within 2 weeks. I felt to bad to tell my son as I asked for the gift. I commented today 5/11/25 on da ebook post and Mint&Lily immediately reached out. I have a new ring on the way and I left a great new post about the wonderful customer service I received.
I had ordered several birthstone bracelets and was given a tracking number that I couldn't view the shipping status as. I emailed their support email and was quickly responded to with a helpful resolution! Their customer service was very sweet and wanted to be helpful! I can't wait to wear my bracelets and look forward to shopping with them again!
I have been wanting the stackable name rings for a while. My hubs got them for me for Mother's Day and I absolutely love them! Fantastic quality and so so cute! Very comfortable to wear. The packaging was even cute! Definitely recommend.
Answer: Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks
Answer: You can only communicate through email. No phone number that I could locate. I takes a little under two weeks for the order to arrive. It says they give refunds, but it turns out they only give partial refunds. So that turned out to be a lie.
