I've purchased several pieces from Mint & Lily, this time upgrading my order to a more expensive ring set (gold plated sterling silver). So far I've been very happy with the quality of the pieces. One thing to note is that sizing may run slightly small and to double check the size chart.

This beautiful bracelet inscribed with "Don't Let the Hard Days Win." with my son's name inscribed on the back is a powerful memorial to him since his death last year. I got one for his mother and one for his sister. I haven't given them yet but I know they will be touched and moved.

I ordered the "be brave…" Bracelet in April for my granddaughter's birthday, May 10. The package came in time but was a Minecraft toy… Not a bracelet! I contacted your customer service and they were great. I was able to re-order the two bracelets that same day. Unfortunately, when they got here today, I am very disappointed with what I got. The writing is so small that you can barely read the "Be Brave Be Strong Be Badass" on the bracelet. She's 16 and has excellent eyesight, but she'll probably still need a magnifier to read it. I'm enclosing a picture for you to see… which is very difficult without enlarging it, which I'm assuming you do on the website. As for the second bracelet, it's OK. And my thoughts are that I should've ordered it with a May birthstone for my granddaughter.
Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from your company again.

I bought from this company because of a supposed "lifetime warranty". When the bracelet I purchased broke, I sent multiple emails and was ignored until I left a review. Once I left the review I was promptly contacted and asked about a solution, when I responded - I was ghosted. It's fraudulent behavior and I would have fathered not being contacted at all. This is a terribly ran company & their "customer service" is garbage, specifically Gina at *******@bravenewlook

I have ordered several pieces from Mint & Lily and been happy with all. Recently I ordered a gift for my mom for Mother's Day that didn't look exactly like the website photos when we received it. On the website the engraving is shown to be black and on the actual piece its silver, making it difficult to see. I reached out to ask if it was a mistake or just misleading photos. Customer Service responded in mini and the entire inquiry was resolved in 20 minutes. Their team was extremely kind and understanding. I will be buying from them again.

I ordered two birthstone bracelets. When I received my order and opened the box, only one bracelet in had been sent. I immediately took a pic and emailed the "support" team. Two weeks later, I am still having to email and haggle with them to get a resolution to their oversight and to get my bracelet. They constantly say they want to "make it right" but that seems to be a bunch of baloney. I will probably never see that bracelet. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

My order was shipped via Amazon and spent Monday night in the middle of our yard as it rained all night long. I will attach pictures, but they won't do it justice. The package was completely soaked all the way through to the inside of the boxes. The bracelets themselves were wet but beautiful! The quality of M&L jewelry rivals my Tiffany & Co pieces.
I've never been treated better by a company. It's refreshing and I'm grateful

Order# ML******* Order Date: 05/02/2025 I just received my order and one of the items, a ring, was too small. I immediately contacted Mint & Lily's Support Services and they solved the issue by issuing 2 gift card codes. One for the amount of the ring so I could immediately go to their site and order another ring in the correct size (I was able to keep the original ring!) And a second one with a value of $20. This issue was solved all within 1 hour! Great Customer Service and great products, too!

I am always cautious about who I buy from online. When I was searching for a particular bracelet set, I came across Mint & Lily but I was worried if the site was legit. When someone came into to my place of work with the very set that I wanted, I asked them about it and they quickly raved about Mint & Lily. Of course I placed an order immediately. The bracelets arrived quickly and were packaged beautifully. Unfortunately I accidentally ordered a wrong size on one of the bracelet sets. I emailed their customer service and within minutes we had a solution to exchange the bracelets. I was amazed at how wonderful their customer service was. They were polite and were very quick to respond. I have become an instant customer to this company. I definitely will be buying from them again. The products that I have received were beautiful, and I am excited to wear them.
