I still have not received my order from December, 2024. I ordered a bracelet and added an inscription. Paid for expedited delivery because I was given an estimated delivery date of 12/24. I still have not received the bracelet and they refuse my request to cancel the order and refund my money because I requested an inscription, however, they also confirmed that the bracelet has yet to be made. The bracelet has been in their "que" for weeks but hasn't been produced and they won't provide details on when the bracelet will be ready and shipped despite numerous requests.
I ordered 4 items on Dec. 2,2024 for Christmas gifts. Was told arrival would be Dec. 18-19th. Customer service replied they were "sorry" and offered me a $20 gift card, with no response on when my order would ship. Today is Dec. 30th. No response, no items received. DO NOT BUY from them. I am going to claim FRAUD with my credit card company that I used to purchase my order.
I paid extra for expedited shipping and did not receive item for 3 weeks. What a racket. Products are way overpriced. Don't bother with this company. Great website... lousy company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I PLACED AN ORDER 12/10/24 AND PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING to have by no later than 12/20/2024 AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED MY ORDER YET. I ordered 6 items total and none of the 6 have been shipped BUT THEY ARE STILL TAKING ORDERS ON THERE SITE AS WELL AS THROUGH AMAZON GUARANTEEING Christmas Delivery. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. PER GINA Mint and Lily " I want to be transparent that we're experiencing some delays due to the high volume of holiday orders. " that was her response to my email from today 12/19/2024 but they are still saying Christmas delivery on multiple websites...smh
Contact customer service after item was in same location for 5 days was told to wait. On 8 day tried to contact again and no one responded. Item is a Christmas gift. Save your time money and aggravation shop elsewhere
Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Jewelry is cheap, fragile and poor quality. Customer service is non existent.
I just received my order from you guys,They were the tiny stackable rings. Very disappointing on quality of name on rings. The rings are very thin and you can barely read names. I have ordered from you before, and every time I get my product it is not what I see on your site. Plus the gold color is really ugly. I am sorry but won't be ordering from you again. Very, Very Disappointed.

I ordered personalized earrings and they are at the top of the ugly list never to be worn by anybody I bought them for -they are put away, but the customer service was really nice and she gave me a gift card for the entire amount to buy something else so I did and I honestly, honestly don't like any of that either But live and learn!
Purchased a pave initial necklace. I wore it two days and one of the stones fell out. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new on right away. However, upon opening the box of the new necklace it was already missing a pave stone! Contacted customer service again who promptly replied that they were so sorry and would take care of it. I could have a replacement or a gift card. I told them I wanted a replacement, again. They promptly replied that they could not give me a replacement for a replacement piece of jewelry and I would have to take a gift card. Ok, I wrote that I'll take the gift card. Again, they promptly write me back that they cannot give me a gift card! And if there was anything else they could do let me know. I told them this is unacceptable and I want my money back. Absolutely no reply after two emails. Would not recommend!
I am very disappointed in the ring I purchased from you. It is so thin that you can't even see the birthstones. The ring in the picture appears thicker. The picture must have been magnified, that makes you believe that the band is thicker. Also I have had the ring for 2 days and the plating is coming off and turning my finger black. I would like to send this ring back and receive a full refund or I will have to dispute this charge, with my credit card company. How do I go about sending this ring back?
The jewelry was of horrible quality, matching swap meets. My earrings came broken, tarnished and very very dirty with no option for a refund nor exchange. There's a reason they've been on sale for so long.
Mint and Lily are scam artists and their products are the most cheap and ridiculous jewelry I've ever bought. They target you on IG and it's the first and the last time I'll ever buy any product I see on IG. Not only will they send you these baby sized rings that you have to use a microscope to see any engravings…they will gaslight you via emails into thinking they'll refund your money, (THEY WILL NOT)! They will lie and say they never received the merchandise back that you returned and then will lie to your credit card company to not have to pay. They will try their best to scam you out of your money and then bombard you with emails acting as if they are going to do something. I sent them back their joke of a jewelry and they have lied saying I didn't but I have the paper trail. You've been warned! Do not buy this junk jewelry made in China that you can get at the dollar store! How these people stay in business is unbelievable and don'tbelieve any of the fake 5 and 4 star reviews like I did!
I ordered a customized ring 2 months ago and it still hasn't been shipped/delivered. I received a shipping notification, but it hasn't moved since 3/26 and the notification says the carrier hasn't received the package...hmmm? Could it be that Mint and Lily never actually "shipped" it? I've reached out to customer service and Gina offered me a 15% discount for the inconvenience. I won't be taking them up on the offer. Why would I? Only to spend more money and not receive my item. My next step is to contact the BBB.
Do not buy from this company, they are a huge rip off! I had to write 300 emails to get refunded. For my trouble they blocked me

It's been over 4 weeks for 2 bracelets-requested to cancel the order and customer service said they can't cancel the order at this stage of "the process" and could not give me a tracking # or delivery date. Be careful when ordering.
If I could give this 0 stars I would... DO NOT order from this company- they are crooks. You return items that are supposed to be refunded but they make you wait for weeks to "credit" you but then never process the credit. I have sent numerous emails and STILL waiting for the credit. Do yourself a favor and skip over the Mint and Lilly website- their items are subpar and you will get the run around!
Ordered 4 bracelets. All defective. Ordered a ring turned for gold to silver within a week. Tried to return bracelets, sent pictures, etc. nothing. After the sweet "oh no let us help". Ghosted! No refund. A real sham operation. Lousy quality, lousy customer service (none). Lousy company
Ordered 2 items and paid in full December 4,2023. Items dud not arrive until after the holidays. The company promised a 25% discount on my entire order. I received a refund of $4.95 for shipping and nothing else. For the last 6 weeks I have continually contacted them via several different channels and received promises of a refund that has never materialized. After they make the promise, they ghost me until I start the conversation again. Then they want me to provide the same info they have asked for and received several times. The one thing this company is good at is stall tactics. Oh along with lying and broken promises.
UPDATE: I received my refund after 6 weeks of hellish communication as outlined above. The only reason I received my refund was because posting the below screenshot of their BBB review. My refund was $15.86, which was the agreed upon and promised refund. Obviously I did not go through this ordeal for the money. I didn't want anyone else to go thru literal he'll with this unscrupulous company. They portray themselves as wanting 100% customer satisfaction. After reading reviews not related to their own website, I learned this wasn't true. So many complaints of the same nature as mine. Their continued lying and ghosting had to be revealed so they could no longer take advantage of other people. So thanks for the refund and I hope you either change your practices or rot in hell.
My wife purchased 2x rings over the holidays but decided to return them for a full refund (they have confirmed that the rings were received back). We have been communicating with their "Customer Happiness Manager" named Gina Thomas who runs their *******@mintandlily dot com email account who has stated a few times that a refund will be sent back to us; however, it's now February and we still don't have our money. Furthermore, my emails are now being "undelivered" so I am not sure if they blacklisted my email address or if they are running from this issue.
Answer: Use social media to out their poor behavior every day on their ads. I posted their BBB rating and got my refund immediately that I had been fighting for for 6 weeks
Answer: You can only communicate through email. No phone number that I could locate. I takes a little under two weeks for the order to arrive. It says they give refunds, but it turns out they only give partial refunds. So that turned out to be a lie.
