I was very disappointed that I paid extra for express post and yet my parcel was sent on a truck. You can not offer express within Australia if you are sending all items on a truck from Canberra. I live in regional North Queensland and it took 10 business days. I will be returning purchase as I didn't receive it in time of event.
Hi Emily, we are extremely sorry for the unpleasant experience you have had with your order. We had dispatched the product on time using Express shipping, however, there was a delay on the carrier's end which was not in our control. But we do take full responsibility for it.
As a token of our apology, we have refunded 30% of your order and the credit should be already available in your account.
We are in discussions with our shipping partners to take corrective measures so that these delays do not happen in the future.
