I bought to go to snow but our trip was canceled.

Got a super cute feeding set for a birthday present. I'd searched a lot of sites and this was by far the cutest I could find, and a really good price. Turn around was quick with updates on order processing. They're very transparent on their website around whether the product will take longer if it needs to be shipped from o/s. Definitely worth a look for something different.

Still waiting for order placed on 25 May - small print states is coming from China - had I known this I would never have ordered it. Shipping info just says shipped - no tracking information.

I see that your package was shipped on June 2nd and delivered on June 21st via AU Post as per the stated shipping timelines mentioned on our website.
We also mention the shipping timelines on all the product pages on our website so that our customers are aware of how long they would need to wait to get their orders delivered. Not only that, we keep sending email updates about the order till the order is delivered. Kindly check your spam/junk folder in your email inbox for these email notifications if you do not see them in your email inbox.
We perform thorough quality checks before any item leaves our warehouse to make sure there is no issue with the quality of the products that are delivered.
We even emailed you on June 16th to apprise you of the latest status of your package but we did not hear back from you.

Your order dispatched within 48h only, and Delivered within the standard delivery time of AUSpost.
Unfortunately we have no control over shipping company, standard delivery time for AUSpost is 7-10 days from ACT to WA.
We offer Express shipping and a comment box on checkout could be used for urgent orders or inquiry, your order was standard shipping.
