A confirmation email when an order is placed would of been ideal and been informed when shipped. Rather than myself having to follow up.

Normally a system generated email invoice and an email with tracking information are sent out immediately after an order is placed and once the package is shipped, respectively! I am sorry that it did not happen in your case. I have already asked our tech team to investigate into this.
Hat & swaddle Colour was different rather then actual pictures.i was not satisfied with swaddle quality..

Sizes weren't done properly. I had ordered two dresses the same size and one was significantly smaller.

I checked your order and the 2 items you ordered were of different styles and different brands because of which there was a difference in sizing. We are currently working on making our sizes streamlined to avoid such instances in the future.
