Excellent customer service - on the off-chance that you don't get your delivery or are unsatisfied, I've found that refunds are issued with no fuss and the staff goes out of their way to resolve issues to the satisfaction of their clients, organizing reshipments and refunds as necessary, which is great when the postal office can be a bit dodgy. There is also a very wide selection of products to choose from and super water shipping is always free!
