Make sure you can see the complete product before you order it. I ordered 4 potentiometers for use with an Arduino and the product they sent was actually a switch. I asked them to send me the right product and they swear it's a potentiometer. Ugh. It could just be a translation problem but I definitely won't order from there again.

I have ordered five products from MiniInTheBox. Two of them had problems so I contacted the customer service and they agreed to give refund without any discussion. So good customer service. For the remaining products, I did not have any problems, they are working fine and they are quite cheap based on their functionality. I recommend MiniInTheBox.
Am using the company for years and don't experience any problems. Good customer service and quick replies as well. Orders are dispatched quickly, but of course it takes some time for them to travel from China to Europe.
