Wanted to exchange 2 out of 3 products I ordered back in Auguest. Because 1 of them I opened, they told me i can only return the 'sealed' items. The items were the wrong size, so I had to return 2.
I returned the items. I logged in to their arduous system today only to find my exchange ticket has been closed. No notification, nothing. This is appalling behavior and I do not recommend anyone should spend money with these people.

Finalmente chegaram as canetas coloridas! Comprei no dia 18/06/2017 e recebi 04/09/2017, valeu a pena a demora pelo custo benefício do produto. Considerando o valor total do pedido, e a sorte de não ser taxada pela Alfândega, cada caneta me custou R$ 1,97, o que aqui no Brasil seria impossível encontrar pelo mesmo valor e qualidade. As canetas são super fofas e as cores são lindas. A tampa de uma delas veio um pouco danificada, mas não interfere em nada ao usá-la. Fiquei muito satisfeita, super recomendo.

I purchased a stainless steel FITBIT Alta watch band on 2017-01-12 13:19:38, when it came in it was the wrong band. I contacted the company and was advised to ship it back for a return, they advised to ship by the least expensive means possible. I attended Canada Post and sent it via regular mail February 22,2017 01:10 PM $8 shipping, If i was to send it via tracked mail it would have cost over $60. It took till August 30,2017 for them to receive the package, and after sending them several responses I finally received my refund Sept 28th, 2017.
This type of customer service is absolutely ridiculous. There is no way that this should have taken this long at all. I would highly recommend you purchase items else where to prevent this kind of issue.
