Two things one they say they have a product in stock with free 2 day shipping. After you purchase the product 3 days go by then you get an email for tracking and it says estimated delivery date is over 2 weeks out! The second thing is it took me almost 30mins of my time trying to find a way to talk to a human about my issue. Couldn't find a live chat, I couldn't find a phone number. They make you answer 20 questions "to get you to a live agent" then you never get through. Finally find a number call the agent "it's been 3 days and I just get an email that my product that was free 2 day shipping is 2 weeks out? What's going on here?" "OH the product is on back order and hopefully we'll get the item in in 2 weeks for you then it's free 2 day shipping" that's BULL$#*!! Put on your damn website that it's back order don't tell me after you told me 2 day shipping and took the money out of my account already. Put it in the description it's not hard item on backorder expedited in stock date... can't believe a billion dollar company can't put that on their website and hire agents to answer customers concerns instead of pissing them off more than they already are about the in stock lies on the website.
Really have a bad taste in my mouth with Microsoft. Making customers that have already purchased your products pay to talk/text to a customer service rep. I will be purchasing products other than Microsoft in the future. Very disappointed and I will not be putting my credit card in for a customer service rep.
Microsft. You should be ashamed that youve let yourself go this much. You care about quantity over quality and it is disgusting. Ive had many xbox one remotes brake. You will not cover them when waranty is still in affect and made the them as cheap as you can. Sucks to be you though with your 80 dollar remotes im buying mine from another company that dose care about their customers.
Microsoft/onedrive deleted all my files, documents and pictures of my kids! I checked recycle bin NOTHING! I looked everywhere NOTHING! 500Gigs $1500 just gone! Microsoft is the worst company they shouldn't be able to move or delete ANYTHING WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!
Microsoft very recently must have updated their customer Support/service to be basically non existent. I have never in my life gotten through an issue of account recovery or password change by online guides. With this update they have left all of their lines active to tell people that YOU CAN ONLY GET HELP WITH TERRIBLE ONLINE GUIDES or with an EVEN WORSE ONLINE CHAT BOT. I had to reset my internet connection on my laptop computer and now I am locked out of my account (which I had to make when Microsoft bought Mojang) and CANNOT CHANGE MY PASSWORD VIA AUTOMATED REVIEW which can't tell if I am the person trying to access my account. I don't know what caused the change in service but I am frankly more apt to go to apple because at least then I could go into a store and get help there. But not with Microsoft. They used to have a two step verification/reset for passwords which I thought secure and fitting for the products they use. I'm lucky I remember my Xbox account info because if I didn't than Id be sure out of luck! And the greatest thing is I CANT EVEN CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTIONS ATTACHED TO MY ACCOUNT because I can't talk to a human. Overall this has been a pretty big waste of time trying to get in contact with a human. I even called the Canadian support line to see if there was a human up there but nope. So if anyone at Microsoft sees this or cares maybe have REAL HUMANS to help with account recovery or password change. In the mean time I will be trying to find a way to cancel my subscriptions through that account and hopefully I can recover what I lost through the files on my laptop.
This is my first computer that I have bought on Microsoft.com and it's a prebuilt PC from CyberPowerPC, amazing people who made the best pre-built PC anyone could have asked for. They did a far better job than I expected, and I already expected great things. Ordering was simple and the list of tech specs made it easy to figure out exactly what I was getting. There would be no surprises. Shipping was fast and the computer came tight in a box with protective bags inside the case to protect all the innermost parts. That means I got it without any scuff marks or damages. Using the guide that came with the computer, I quickly got it running. Purchasing a CyberpowerPC from Microsoft was a great experience and would recommend others to do the same especially if you're looking to get the best pre-built computer available.

Yes, locked out, and for no reason. People need an email company that is reliable. These people are controlling and create problems for absolutely no reason. I will never use Hotmail again. There is absolutely no reason for me to be locked out of my own account, control freaks. Further, they wanted me to verify with a text through cell phone. I don't use a cell phone, and they don't provide any other option to verify. We live in a golden age of verification and survey insanity. There was absolutely no reason for verification. They just want to exert control over people and invade our space, like total control freaks.

I got a $399 bill from Microsoft for something I didn't order so when I called the number that it said to call these Indies people said that they would walk me through the processing of apply for the refund what I didn't realize is that when I did this they took control of my computer right in front of my eyes I couldn't stop it because they locked me out they opened up my bank account and drained all of it and I'm like telling the guy I did not give you permission to do that get off my computer now and he's laughing and yelling at me that it was barely worth his while to steal the money that I had and as I was trying to shut down the computer and get them off they have I had no control all of this was through Microsoft please beware that these people are frauds they will steal your money right out from under you also lesson learned don't keep your password saved on your computers I'm at 57-year-old woman that now lost everything I don't know what I'm going to do
Cant create a child account, contact Microsoft support and after 12 hours still no result - been promised a call back with in 2 to 4 hours - they never called

Myself and the plethora of people who have also been wrongfully banned are tired of the lack of oversight that xbox affords the enforcement team. It isn't okay. It won't be okay. I'm selling this $#*! after 18 years. I refuse to be treated as expendable by a company trying to make it safe for kids to play rated M games. When my character can say words I can't without a 14 day suspension it's about time to re-evaluate. When you're handing out 3 bans for the same event, when you're banning people who are already banned for "harrassment" even though they are banned already you're acting against your own TOS.

This is a horrible company and god-awful support, we did nothing wrong to deserve this. Our advertisement is perfectly legal and acceptable as an organic vegan superfoods spray with mushrooms, elderberry, and camu camu as the primary ingredients. We can't even log in and Bing Ads are still charging my account fees. We contacted the credit card company and filed disputes for charges, this will affect Microsoft financially, not us. I wasted two days on phone calls and chats with Bing ads, horribly ineffective. I wonder how much money it costs having inept people handle critical business operations that are supposed to generate you money, not spend more money by wasting time via phone calls dropping and poor chat services. I am filing complaints and reports on forums, and social media, and I will provide screenshots of proof warning against Bing Ads. They are discriminating against a disabled military couple with highly affluent connections. Treating people poorly is a bad PR move.
There's a thing called authenticator app that does not work on my phone or computer. It is a vicious circle to try to just reset my passcode. Even microsoft by phone can't help. Non existent customer service!
I keep getting e-mails from Microsoft about renewing my subscription. However, these seem to be scams since I am paid up until June 2022. Of course they all ask for my credit card, but their other requests are complicated and potentially intrusive.

Answer: Prohibit updates so they cannot mess up your machine by going to services and disabling the service for updates listed. Don't forget to disable all the repair service thingys too. Hope that MS will not against your will and knowledge STILL inject code into your system or further hack you.
Answer: Well my first impression is I'm surprised you say you have a college degree. You didn't mention if it's a BA, or BFA, but either degree requires the ability to spell and use grammar correctly. This isn't a school room, but for a college grad to post their thoughts on a public forum that is at a high school level is (if you are a college grad), a sad commentary on our educational system. As for Microsoft being garbage, I do agree. It started out great and Gates encouraged employees to think outside the box, try EVERYTHING and give the product's organization feedback, which made the company number 1 with office software. But, starting with Steve telling employees it's a "terminable" offense to have a Rim phone, makes no sense. But that's the philosophy now, under no circumstances Challenge our products. Don't give us feedback on our app's, just tell us they are better than anyone else's! I remember when MSN pushed Microsoft employees to go to their internal site that has MSN on one side of the UI and Google.com on the other side. The purpose was to CHALLENGE MSN. Try both together then forward your thoughts. The intent was 1. Let Microsoft know where MSN lacks so that 2. They could make it GREAT. Unfortunately, many versions later MSN didn't figure out how to make an awesome search engine and Google is still the King, but that's how Microsoft became great, Challenging their products. Now they're really losing credibility and the public is pivoting to Apple and Open Source.
