There's a headline for you microsoft, from the demonic undertone to most of their games they've been publishing to the getting booted from lfg for mentioning anything about God this company is more than disgusting. Make no mistake, they have some sort of agenda that you know nothing about until you get into it, this company will screw you over in an instant if you don't follow their lgbtq whatever theme. And if you say different? Kick rocks. Microsoft has fallen for money and other motives we have yet to fully reveal. Totally disgusted with this company at the moment. Doesn't look like it's going to change.

One star is too much

Whatever you do, don't buy microsoft products if you can help it. The products in and of them selves are ok, but the support sucks. To even get a person takes hours, and when, after an hour of searching, I managed to find a very helpful guy, the end result was that after at least 6 hours the issue was not resolved. I'm not kidding, I've spent in excess of 8 hours today screwing around with it and l wanted to do was connect Jabra Elite 4 ear buds.

Enough of Microsoft

It is one of the worst American corporations. Try to make live contact with Microsoft to realize that nobody is interested in talking to you. The intend is to sell their products and vanish. Hopefully soon we will get some competitive software and Microsoft will hit the dust.

I have access to my outlook email via my Samsung Ultra 20 plus phone. A friend send me a collaboration to do list and I tried to access it in the computer, and it locked me out of both of my outlook accounts. Plus it asked me even part of my last credit card purchase from microsoft, but still it does not allow me to log in in my computer. Worst company for software and functionality.

MS 365 RUN AWAYYYY! If I could give them a minus 5 i would! These MFrs. Bought MS 365, wouldn't let me download it, continued to give me the same error message. I went on the MS support website and did everything under the sun to correct the problem according to their suggestions. Still nothing. NO WAY to get a refund. They want you on an endless yearly subscription! When looking to get live help, Endless redirecting you through different links to end up in same place. You can't talk to anyone. On one tab, they have you talking to a bot that keeps asking for the same information and then just disconnects. I've been on a tech support page for over 2 hours with a notice that says my current position in line is 1... for OVER 2 HOURS! This is infuriating! Like they don't make enough money to hire people to help you LIVE! Argggggghhhh

We buy a computer from and made by hp or dell but microsoft be in our computers and think buyers who brought hp or dell etc etc computers we are suppose to pay microsoft to use my word pad in my on computer or pay microsoft if we forget other password in our computers we own and paid our money for our on computers made by HP And Dell. Recently my Microsoft account got hacked and now I can't get it back because you need to know the email that it got changed to even then when i got that rambler.ru email I can't get help because it automatically gets rejected and after 2 tries it tells me wait 24 H

So I make a new account for my kids' new computer. It asks for PIN but then skips it and comes up error massage. Says I can skip and do it again later. That's a lie it just replays same thing over and over. I connect Microsoft which is a chat box repeat myself 20 or so times and get kicked out because no one knows what they are doing. So I have a died computer. I should just switch to apple.

Illegal Business

Microsoft illegally logs me out of my account, falsify's my password, and then doesn't allow me to use my actual password in the reset. Microsoft is a scam and should be forced to forfeit all of their financial assets to everyone they've scammed (or at least sell Minecraft and other popular products they own so it'll be easier for people to boycott them for their crimes).

I cant set up my xbox because Microsoft decided my password is wrong. When trying to reset my password they refuse to email my code so now i have a 400$ paperweight because of their complete lack of service.

Whenever I write to the support, I do not get any answer. This does not happen often, so there is actually no reason to "not take me serious", like "oh, again she". Whats even worse: the company bans me and I get some sort of mailer demon in return for my mails. You cant reach them, you cant ask them anything, client service is zero. I am sort of really pissed of. Where is the freedom of speech and the pleasure of service

Update: Actually they reacted. Let us see, what happens. Maybe I will be able to get more data compliant with a new inbox for my brand. That would be cool enough. I will keep this updated.

The reliability of this company is not great. I work with something I cannot rely because I do not know what else to use in case I want to add another inbox with my credentials/domains, etc.

Understand if u but though Microsoft if there's ever an issue you will spend half a day on the phone and most likely it was someone who knows nothing from a foreign country, yet they say on the Pacific Northwest they're only open from 9 to 5 yet I've never talked to a person from North America yet so there are using abusing foreign workers for extra profit while pretending to follow some kind of Labor code. Furthermore since July a brand new surface 7 pro has froze multiple times during exams online and had to be reset in the new year completely wiped three different times and if I want anything fixed I need to first get away bill send it to Microsoft wait and get it sent back this could take weeks when it just for a pen it took me 5 weeks to get it back. Now if you can do without your computer for a month or two buying Microsoft. They cater purely to businesses if you are an individual user they care less. In September 2,2001 month after buying it, and it continually froze during online school, I tell them I just wanna trade in or my money back and they said oh you only had a month but we'll give you $300, for a device I just paid $2200 for two months ago. They have no buyback program. If you are gonna get a large named device go with apple, stay far away from Microsoft. And probably better off with the smaller companies. At least apple has real customer support this these guys are a joke. It's been one year and today was my eighth time calling them and guess what the first guy hung up on me and the second tie talked to me and then transferred me while apparently where I am they close at they're only open customer support Monday to Friday 9 to 630. Even though I've never talked to anybody in my time zone? I've talked to people from the Philippines I've talked to people from Morocco I've talked to people from India I've talked to people from South America, I guarantee you they are doing this to save money. The Microsoft of today is not the Microsoft of well even when I got my surface four I never had one problem and if I had any issues or questions I went down to my store and they fixed them. If you really want a good touch screen and you're not going to go for the apple surface as it's not really a fully compatible computer as this one is whatever you do do not buy it through Microsoft. Or you'll be on your own with that computer no matter what kind of warranty you purchased. Or waiting without your computer for weeks or months at a time like I said even one single pen they sent me that was defective took five weeks for me to receive in the meantime I had to go and buy one at Best Buy, and the biggest mistake I made was not buying it through a physical store around me. Microsoft cares only about its corporate clients, furthermore the owner is not the philanthropist he pretends to be. In fact with this experience and the changes I've come to believe that Bill Gates is probably an evil man. He may not have started that way but he sure is now.

Do not ever buy anything from this greedy corporation. If you have any problems with your brand new, within warranty products, Microsoft will simply replace your product with REFURBISHED one, instead of providing you with brand new item. Even though you have spent several thousand dollars. If I wanted something second-hand, I would have gone to a second-hand store to begin with.

I wish I could rate lower than a 1/5. I ordered a Surface Pro 7+ bundle back in March 2022 with the type cover keyboard being shipped in mid-May 2022. While FedEx lost the type cover package, I have contacted Microsoft customer support five separate times to handle the issue. They kept blaming FedEx, however, they did not offer a solution to resolve my problem. I did everything that they told me including filing a claim with FedEx on June 2 which FedEx sent to Microsoft to approve and no response so the file was closed 3 weeks later. I had to reopen the file with FedEx and try calling back Microsoft to approve it. I have asked Microsoft several times if they could resend the type cover and they said that they could not each time. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said someone would call me back within 10 minutes and then another 3 weeks went by with no phone call. Then they told me they would give me a reference number for a credit towards the type cover which is not in stock and they do not know when it will be back in stock. They said that I need to keep checking back and call when it is available to reorder. I asked them if they could just send one to me once it is back in stock, however, they said that they would not do that. I have wasted so much time and it has been over two months since the package was lost and dealing with Microsoft. They are not helpful and this is a very upsetting experience. I am going to return my surface and go buy an Apple instead. I have always been an Android person, but at this point, I want to get rid of all Microsoft products.

They renewed my subscription without asking me, taking money out when they feel like it. When I called to confirm that it was them and then to cancel, they said they had no record of any amounts coming out or even having a record of my account! What the F@$%^. I spend more than half an hour messaging back and forths with no resolution. I then contacted Paypal and my bank who are currently sorting it out.
What a scam s#@!$$ F@!#$ of a company. They do not care about customers, and to boot after all that they gave me a fake 1800 number. Who do they think they are?
Never EVER again. I do not recommend.
If there was an option for no stars, I would choose it.
Useless company that should not be operating. Do not deal with them if you know what's good for you.
