Microsoft teams developers are seriously joking. This app has single handedly crashed my computer several times which is very frustrating. Developers of teams be serious, people's education is on the line because of your unprofessional work, I tried downloading this on my phone as well and my phone became slower and most of my apps stopped responding. Half of the time I don't even receive sent messages and I cant respond to them. The screen is constantly flashing, not to mention I cant join meeting's, and if I'm able to, either my mic is on the whole time or off the whole time which makes it difficult for me to speak. Overall very poor experience.

Updates will crash your computer. Microsoft rarely answer the phone. Online chats are time consuming & painful. You'll spend hours fixing it yourself.

Microsoft banned my account because they didn't like my real life name. It violates their standards. I'm not sorry because my last name represents people that fought for this country all the way back to the Revolutionary War. Censorship is going too far. I contacted them and they refuse to correct their censorship and referred to it as inappropriate. Discrimination against a family that served since the American Revolution is something they claim makes a better platform.

I purchased Microsoft Family in March of 2021. When I try to use it, I get a message saying it's time to renew my subscription and that it expired the same same day I purchased it. I've been dealing with this problem for a week and Microsoft says "it's under investigation "

Ripped off

Microsoft has been charging my pay pal for 2 years for some boy that lives in New Jersey and I live in Florida. I do not have an xbox I would never buy an xbox and I even have the kids ip address email address in physical address in New Jersey. I was told by Microsoft 3 times that I would be refunded the day the product was ordered on my account by a hacker. I never got this game I never got a refund and Microsoft has told me that no matter what I do they can just charge my account anytime they want And that's my problem.

Xbox launch

How do you launch a console and 7 months later it's still not available. Who's ever brilliant idea it was to make it online only should be fired. So now every $#*! in the world is buying them all and selling them at double the price. That should be Illegal!
Just saying bad job all around. I mean if you can't make enough you should of waited to launch. I own every x box out there but looks like I'm swimming to Nintendo. Cause Sony sucks too!

Microsoft has become Micro$#*!. The last update has almost killed this computer and in news has been reported as horrible. The mouse no longer works, often when I open it, the internet is not connected, and the hard drive no longer connects to it. I was told to install Windows 10 and then was told all my saved things on this computer would be removed.
So I've bought a new computer and everyone should now stop allowing any Microsoft from updating a computer as it's is now 100% possible your computer cannot be used because all you have saved will be removed. I was told that by micro$#*!.

Microsoft has become the worst version of itself. It arbitrarily deleted my hotmail account that I had for more than 30 years! (talking about loyalty) It made me to create an "alias" which will help to recover my account in case of a problem happens. Well as soon as I created the "alias" them DELETED completely my email account and there is no power on earth that make them response to my reports, no answering calls, only automatic useless responses. They make a joke of their customers with the message: "talk to a person" only to let me wait for two hours, yes 2 hours that is how important is this to me and the only text that they show is: thank you for waiting you are in the list.
I am devastated my whole personal and business life is in that account and it no longer exists!
It only happens on March 28th.the only response that I have received is that that account no longer exists :( and now I have lost not only history but important business relationships that I don't have other way to contact them. I hate this monopolistic way of messing with our digital life. I will turn my view to Google now, lets see if they don't do the same.
Any suggestion of how to retrieve a whole email address is welcome.

Can't find your advertised product online or at retailers. Question. Why advertise a console you can't mass produce, what was the point of making a system if you can't match consumer needs. Supply and demand? We've been waiting since November. Nobody is going to buy your console from a third party on eBay for $1400. 00 that's laughable. We might as well switch to play station at this point.

Extremely user-unfriendly, absolutely completely unhelpful when it came to anything I was looking for. Sat at my computer for hours trying to fix account issues and still cannot fix them because apparently, you cannot change the Microsoft profile of your PC and once it is made it is set in stone on your PC for the rest of your life. That and other issues not only on the Microsoft website but also the box website run by Microsoft. Everything about the sites had absolutely no help at all so it led to me just quitting, I hope I never have to use Microsoft again. However, unfortunately, I play Minecraft so I may have to deal with these absolute $#*! Microsoft websites again if I ever run into account issues.

Microsoft Windows is installed on nearly all new PC computers. It is now using it's access to your computer to take an unfair advantage to sell its products to you.

When you buy a new computer, you'll have Windows 10, the MS Edge Browsers, and a sample of Microsoft Word to use for a trial. If you want to use another browser such as Google Chrome, you'll have to download it.

And the automated setup for Windows 10 requires you to use a password to open your computer. While more and more of us are working remotely either for a company or in our own businesses, it becomes a real inconvenience to have to enter a password every time you turn the computer on, lower the lid while it is still on, or move it from one location to another. This feature can be turned off, but because the files needed for it are no longer available on Windows 10 or the web, it requires a computer computer technician to carry remove it.

Every time you open MS Word, it will prompt you to buy MS Office or Office 365. Then when you save your files on your hard drive or on your computer, it will also save them in Windows One Drive which is cloud storage even though you have not prompted it MS Word to do so. After a very few files are saved, it will prompt you to buy more storage space on One Drive. In this writer's opinion, storing my files and folders unnecessarily in the cloud is a bad idea. Your information can easily be accessed and compromised. And why would you store your files in the cloud, when you can store them on your PC? The cloud seems like an innovative way for companies to make more money off of us.

And with automatic Windows 10 updates downloaded to your computer monthly whether you want them or not, new advertising and promotional schemes are continually being downloaded with them. I can only image what Microsoft will do with complete access to your computer, as it perfects automation and artificial intelligence?

You'll find a selection of alternative PC operating systems, including Mac for Windows, Ubuntu, and Linux Mint available on the internet. Why not save some money, have peace of mind and try an alternative to MS Windows and its other products? Just Say No to Microsoft.

Refund policy

Bought a game but it was the wrong one by accident. I gave it a try for like maybe an hour to see if this would be Just as good but it wasn't. So i asked for maybe a refund so i could get the game i wanted to purchase in the first place but No. Once opend it completly voided. Wich isn't necceraly True if you Read the refund policy. I've ben a loyal costumer for more than 10 Years and they didn't even try to help me. First time ever i asked for something too. Biggest bull$#*! an worst costumer service i've had in a long time. They say they value your opinion, but Nothing is less True. You're Nothing more to them than an ant to be crushed under their boot while they SIT in their Ivory Towers laughing at how you struggle. Thanks for Reading and i hope that anyone with the exception of the employees of microsoft costumer service have a Nice Day.

Surface Laptop 3

I doubt that anyone will see this but here goes.
I'm a first year college student and when I was looking for a new laptop to start this semester I decided to go with a surface laptop 3. Biggest mistake of my life. I normally never even write reviews but this laptop was proven to be one of the worst laptops I've ever had the ability to operate so I had to come out and hopefully save people from making the same mistake I did. From the very first day I received this laptop in the mail I noticed that the battery life was atrocious, a full battery will last me about 2 hours, and those two hours are spent doing what most college students are doing nowadays, in zoom meetings and completing work, the fan will kick in about an hour in of your work and the fan is incredibly loud and distracting. The laptop will randomly disconnect from any wifi at any given time, which is a HUGE inconvenience especially if you're in and out of virtual meetings. The performance of this laptop is mediocre at best, I couldn't even do simple edits on Premiere Pro without either the fan roaring or my laptop just crashing. The bluetooth is extremely spotty. There was a 2 week span where I had to join classes from my phone because the audio on the surface was just gone completely, I reached out the someone in Microsoft support and they offered little to no assistance before recommending that I buy a new one. Seriously the list goes on and on, just please do not put yourself through the irritation of owning a surface laptop, I've had it for almost a full year now and I'm just waiting for the summer time to get rid of it and buy a Macbook, yes, a macbook, this surface laptop is so bad, that my macbook air from 2016 runs better and has a better battery life. AND ITS FROM 2016. I'm not saying go with Apple, but honestly, just go with anything BUT Microsoft. A potato could have a better operating system than the surface laptop.
