I'm livid that this company honestly thinks it's an amazing idea to release the second part of this game to Microsoft consoles only. It was originally available for all gaming systems and now people who don't have Xbox or Microsoft can't play. $#*! off. Honestly it's so dope how you managed to make a game based off of corporate greed, an "exclusive" option because of your own corporate greed. Tell Satya Nadella to go $#*! himself.

Ever since microsoft released teams, i've been forced to use their servises, teams, word, outlook and excel (which is their only good piece of software). Its blatant market manipulation, and they are thiving scum, with a monopoly on the market. And they don't even make thier apps userfrendly. I don't get it.

I prefer to use linux, and open source writing programs, i know its not for everyone but i wish i still had a choise.

Microsoft let down

I've been a Microsoft fan since launch. Never had a defective product, or return. Super satisfied customer, even bought Every, Single, Console... However, today I was disappointed to find out that my new Xbox one x (which I had for just a couple of years) could not be fixed for its hdmi output system error because it was "out of warranty"... They couldn't do anything but charge me 300 bucks to fix it... Could you believe being a member for over a decade and having zero customer support? I was so disappointed... $#*! Microsoft, I will never buy any of their products, and will devote my life to talk crap about them as long as I live. I stayed in line at midnight for this stupid console launch and they couldn't do a freaking thing? Not even a discount? Man, I couldn't believe it... I swear I will do everything I can to hurt them in their pocket for a lousy 300 buck charge... I will cost them a thousand fold for neglecting a loyal customer...

Sincerely the giant microsoft killer...

Surfacebook scam

Bought the surfacebook laptop for myself 3.5 years ago. Only minimal use. Battery dies one day without warning. Well guess what? No way to change the battery. Microsoft wants $450 bucks…"to change the battery". Is this battery special? Why so much money? Turns out this is the usual tech giant move to try to force you to buy a new computer. Are you kidding me? I am SOOOO TIRED OF THESE GREEDY JERKS. When is the government going to step in and smash these ruthless pinheads? The environment doesn't need to be pillaged for more lithium, metal and polluted with more plastic. Not to mention the waste of hard earned money. MICROSOFT YOU ARE GOING TO HELL SOMEDAY. Will never buy from Microsoft again.

No Customer Support

There is literally no way to get help if anything goes wrong. A task was accidentally deleted in Outlook (actually, I didn't delete it, it literally disappeared in front of my eyes.) It is NOWHERE. Looked up a bunch of stuff about how to find deleted tasks and it is NOWHERE. And there is no way to call, no email, and the chat doesn't work because I've had it up for 2 hours and no one has responded. How does this company stay in business with quite literally no way to get support?

Microsoft are thieves

I bought a couple games off Microsoft and every single time I buy a game they charge me double for example I just bought Call of Duty Vanguard it was $65 $130 is charged on my account and they will not refund me the extra $65 because they say that there's only one charge but my bank statement says otherwise needless to say I will be telling people not to shop here and I will not show up here ever again

Yes it only took 5mn to get « Open office ». Today NO more spell check available? I spent on the phone (EXTREMELY HARD TO GET TO!) One day 3h +. Problem NOT resolved. Next day 1:30h waiting to get a human to tell me. To make a long story short (!). Bill Gates is an $#*! hole! Don't buy Microsoft! He has NO respect to humanity!

The Surface Laptop Studio delivers BROKEN. Out of the box, the operating system causes blue screens of death and total loss of data every ~2 minutes. When I tried to exchange the broken product for a fixed one, I was told to simply place a new order and receive a refund on the first order to get the replacement product in 2-3 days. I did this, and was then told (AFTER I paid ANOTHER $3000+) that my replacement wouldn't deliver for another four weeks--even though the broken one delivered in 2 days, and I was expressly told that the replacement would deliver in 2-3 days.

When I called customer service, they told me that their warehouse is only full of broken, already-returned devices, and that they don't have any functioning devices to ship. Note that this product was only released less than 2 weeks ago, so I assume my experience is not unique. When I said that answer was unsatisfactory given what I had been told by the previous customer service representative, I was told that the person I was speaking with *didn't have a supervisor* and that *no one else* worked in the customer service department of the entire Microsoft Corporation.

I've canceled both orders now to have my entire ~$7000 refunded. I will update this review if I'm given any more trouble on getting my money back. I won't be purchasing a Microsoft product ever again. While I've been a lifelong customer so far, resisting the allure of the (much cheaper) Apple products, I will now be making a total switch. I'm not giving up $3000 on products that come off the assembly line broken and "2-3 day" delivery periods that somehow translate to 4 weeks in reality. If you read this review, I implore you not to purchase the Surface Laptop Studio or any Microsoft product unless you want to endure a similarly miserable experience and 2 weeks of no laptop computer.

Lied to by Microsoft

I had an order cancelled by microsoft in error.
As soon as i noticed the canceled order i called in and was told it would be fixed on their end.

Several weeks later i find out they wernt dealing with this. So now i have no product or order on the way.

I recommend staying away from Microsoft. The company operates on some outdated models, where you have only 30 days to cancel your subscription! It's cloud-based software, for every service out there you have the right to cancel at any time and get your refund, yet Microsoft is shady AF. Stay away from them, there are better free software out there that do the same job if not better. Never again will I do business with this $#*!ty company!

Microsoft outlook

Would not reccomend. Got locked out of my account due to a compromised password and since i dont have access to my old phone number i cant reset my password. When i filled out the form to prove it was me there wasn't enough information apparently since ive never used any other passwords they couldnt verify its me. When i talked to a customer service agent and supervisor the agent was helpful and kind but the supervisor was angry and short with me not understanding at all that i cannot verify my banking information wkthout access to this email. In short she told me i had to start over and make a new account. Not helpful and very rude. I will be deleting all accounts associated with microsoft outlook and switching over to gmail.

TWICE my computer shut down with no warning. The first time they made me mail in my laptop and I lost EVERYTHING. The second time I took it in they said they could have replaced the laptop and kept the hard drive and did not need to do that. SO UNHAPPY with the laptop AND service. DO NOT PURCHASE!

This is a revolting corporate who abuses people privacy and force them to do so. I am very much cautious with my privacy and am very much selective with social media, applications and websites that I use.
Any time that I had issues with my privacy compromised and I was forced without a choice it was somehow related to Microsoft Corporate.
Recently I have this message from a mobile application " One Drive" forcing me to transfer all my data to One Drive! Of course I would never do that. However, the message constantly is on the screen.
I am not able to uninstall this dodgy application or stop this message. I have looked in internet and there are thousands of people with the same issue.
You simply cannot get rid of it. Microsof corporate has designed this application as a parasite on android phones as well as other systems. Then the only way out of this disgusting parasite is to login with your mobile phone google account in Microsoft website and request them to uninstall while waiting for ever!
You know why they force you to do so? Because the want to abuse your google account, which is pretty terrible!
I can't believe such a big company need these kind of scams to survive?!
As you can see in the attached picture, there is no way you would be able to uninstall this disgusting application!

I missed my virtual job interview with the Department of Social Services because Microsoft's TEAMS doesn't load at all. It's a blank screen and was like that for over thirty minutes. TEAMS doesn't work either on Microsoft's Edge browser and Google Chrome, making it completely useless. I just lost a potential job because of Microsoft's inability to fix the glitches in its system.

I have been trying for 2 months to get Microsoft to help me with my Surface 3. The first agent lied to be about a temporary replacement device and charged my credit card $1500 for me to 'borrow' a working device while mine (still under warranty) was fixed. They sent me a computer with a keyboard that's backing physically depresses when I use it.
Three replacements later, I now have to send back the only one out of FIVE of these computers that has been in useable condition so that they will return the charge on my card. I have spent over $100 calling them long distance, and half of the time that I called they disconnected me and didn't call back. I have asked for a supervisor every time but no one will let me talk to one.
No one has offered me any kind of solution.
They won't call me when I request contact, there is no clean way to get ahold of someone without spending obscene money on long distance calls, and when I do call I still don't get any help.

I am a full-time student and single mother of a disabled 4 year old. I am trying to provide for my family by getting an education that will allow me to support my son from home so that I can care for him, and instead I just lost a whole lot of money that I didn't have to begin with because Microsoft doesn't feel responsible for their customer service, and I still don't have a computer that I can use. They have 'closed' my case multiple times when they know there hasn't been resolution.

Scammers

I bought a game and was charged for it but never received or was able to play sade game They are scammers and I will not recommend them and I will be delighted to say I am switching to playstation would they have way better quality of their games and they don't scan people
