Bought a bag/wallet and charm. Total $560 in cash. Brought back the next day with receipt for refund because I just decided I didn't like it and was going to purchase another Kate Spade. The sales girl said since I paid with cash I will get a refund by check in the mail in 4-6 weeks! AND I PAID CASH YESTERDAY. I will never buy another MK product and I told them that. This is totally unacceptable. I could understand if it was a check (which they don't accept anyways). I should have told them I didn't accept checks either. So now I'm out $560 for another month. NEVER AGAIN!

Got myself a handbag from a MK. The bag itself is beautiful and of fantastic quality as expected. Obviously MK is not cheap, but the quality and brand is what you pay for. Worth the money if designer bags are for you.

I recently bought over $400 of clothes and returned a single item, tags still attached, because I didn't like the style. I received it back in the mail today. Apparently they are not processing the return because the item appears to be 'used'. All I did was try it on. I shop online frequently and I have never had a return not be processed. They've ripped me off.

I usually always order from the webiste, but this particular time was just unexpectedly unacceptable. I order on 3/6/17 I waited a week for a shipping confirmation email and never got one, so I emailed customer service. I was told that it was so processing. So I waited a few more days, fast forward to 3/22/17 I call customer service this time only to find out that the order is still sitting in the warehouse... WTH!, So then I'm told to call back in 24 to 48 hrs. So here it is 3/27 and I call back and the excuse I get is that there was a computer glitch. No somebody didn't process the order, but they certainly processed the payment. Sometimes sorry just isn't enough. Supposedly it arrives this Thurs 3/30. Not to sure what's going on with the distribution center but they need to get their act together, so far after this disater it'll be a long time before I order anything from MK online. If I can't find it at one of his stores, then I just won't have it. 15 days to wait for an item ordered is ridiculous. I've gotten things from China faster... smh@ MK online, smh

I just wanted to inform you all how horrible your management team is at Vaughan Mills Canada Ontario branch 5602.
Let me start off with this; your assistant visual manager **** has an ego bigger than her body, the way she speaks to people is disgusting all she does is backbite about other associates rather than helping us meet our daily targets. The worst human being that one can encounter has no respect for anyone the only reason she got this job is because of your Regional******. Aside from that *** (general manager), who first off cant even speak English properly has the worst customer service attitude. All she does is criticise on how the sale associates look, and indirectly make fun of them. Im not too sure how she still has her job since a lot of girls left MK because of her attitude. I must say Michael Kors is the number 1 worst company for anyone to work for, they dont respect there associates, they make fun of them.

The customer service at Michael Willowbrook Mall sucks. The female sales person are disrespectful by showing little interest if the customer asks a question. These girls are are also sarcastic in response when asked a question. I would never do business with Michael Kors again for their nasty customer service.

Terrible all round

Bought a Kors tracker which didn't track the steps properly. Umpteen emails, telephone calls and months later I am still waiting for the refund. I will never buy anything from there again. They have the tracker and my £89. Absolutely useless item and dreadful, non existent customer service.

Terrible Customer Service

I have bought numerous items from Michael Kors including handbags, boots, watches, wallets, etc. If you try and return and item for exchange, they do not accommodate. If you try and send an item in for repair, they do not accommodate. Michael Kors has, in each case, returned the original item with a note indicating that they are sorry, but cannot help. No additional solutions, no compromise on exchanges, nothing. The lovely watch that was a Christmas present that needed to be exchanged for a similar product and was refused will be the last item purchased from this company.

Bad quality!

I bought leather pumps model from MK colour nude... a disaster! I loved the model but the quality is very low! After 2 months they started to have this kind of big spots as they were loosing their colour. Frankly I have many shoes in leather and this is the first time I see something like this... Leather shoes can't lose colour! I have brought them back to the shop that kindly changed for the same pair (in the beginning I thought that it was just bad luck)... and after a couple months here we go again with the same problem. Hmm first time and last with this brand. I am very disappointed and I want just to mention that I do wear the MK pumps shoes just in the office (so a very little use). Be careful!

I've bought iPhone case in September and by December the corner fell off. I've called customer service. They asked to ship it back at my own expense. So the case is becoming very expensive. Then it was returned to me with the note that is just regular wear and tear and doesn't fall under the warranty. So if the product breaks after 4 month of use, it says something about the company. Never again!

Today I first time visited Michael Kors store in Newcastle. I planned this trip to Newcastle as it was one of nearest Michael stores near me. I knew what I wanted to purchase as in website the sizes of my preferred items were not available. The Michael Kors staff members were very friendly and so helpful, I am very pleased they took the last one real leather studded jacket from the mannequin for me :)) ) as it was not available anywhere else. Customer service is handsome, it was my first time in Newcastle Michael Kors store but not the last. THANK YOU TO ALL staff members, for your friendly attitudes and A+++ Class service xx

I purchased a Michael Kors pocketbook for my mother for Christmas and unfortunately she didn't like it. Michael Kors offers free shipping and free returns... however what they fail to tell you even over the holiday season they hold you to the 30 day return policy. I would think such a big national company like Michael Kors they would have some flexibility over the holiday season with returns. Not even willing to give me store credit... I will definitely not be ordering from them again... not very customer service friendly. Buyer beware... think twice before purchasing from Michael Kors

Pathetic Customer Service

I was in Michael Kors store located at Clinton Crossing premium outlets, Connecticut
I was shocked to see such a rude behavior from Sales representative when I asked them to remove Pilling from the Long coats. I bought three of them.
Initially they lied about having the Roller, upon request they denied. But when they realized we might not buy them they took out the roller and started removing foams from the coats.

Never expected such a Behaviour from the employees of A HUGE BRAND like MICHAEL KORS.

Ordered a MK bag for a friend and the arm strap was missing. Called the customer service line and waited 40 minutes. Spoke with a very rude person who stated he could not assist me. This was the warrenty department that replaces and repairs bags. HE told me he could not send me the strap and that I had to send the bag back. What would have happened if the strap broke, they would had to replace it!
It was the repair/warrenty department. The representative said he would email me the return label and never did! Rude and inconsiderate! I will never purchase another MK product and urge my friends to do the same after this ridicolus experience!

Poor quality

Bought a Michael Kors purse from web site michaelkorscna.com on sale for $49.00. When it arrived it was the wrong color and instead of looking like leather it was more like hard plastic. Very poor quality. Since it came from china. No way to send it back. The company that took my money was luvclo shanghai. I feel like I have been scammed. Do not order from this site

After click the "place order" button it kept saying some of the fields and "invalid". I contact my bank, my bank told me it's because the expiry date was error. Usually the format of the expiry date is mm/yy, but on their website the format is mm/yyyy.
I confirmed I input the right information.
So I tried to use paypal, but failed again.
I had to call their customer service, but nothing help. After waiting for twenty minutes, what they do was repeat the same steps what I have done. And failed again and ask me to check with my bank but my bank confirmed there is no problem with my card.
Even dropping to their stores their service manager can't help.

AWFUL

I ordered a gift card online for an employee. I arrived and I put it in her holiday card. She went to spend It and it had a ZERO balance! I've been on hold for 45 minutes and I keep getting transferred. No one knows what they are doing and can't seem to help me. NEVER AGAIN!
