Charged me $165 for a less than $50 phone. Told me I had two months of free service, only got one month, and already not a month later, having problems with the phone. MetroPC has really gone down hill since I was signed up with them before. This is disgusting.
I barely use my internet unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi, however I pay for internet every month because it's included in my bill. When I'm in a place where there isn't any Wi-Fi. Metro chargers me extra to use a service that I'm already paying for
Why is it that I've been with MetroPCS for over 5 years but I still have to pay two and $300 for a phone do they acknowledge good customers or not I guess not at all
They give you 1 price quote then when you get there it's completely different and the ones in Dalton, Georgia all have Smart mouth, hateful unhelpful employees I paid cash for a phone and they still had my phone locked for 6 months making me use their terrible service
I have MetroPCS. Slow internet, dropped calls and messaging that takes forever to send and receive. I haven't seen any improvement in this service EVER. It actually seems to get worse as time goes by.
All I wanted to do was shut down an account
Still can't do it listen metro had gave me number to customer service so I can shut down an account because the store can't now customer service is telling me the same thing they cannot shut down in old account that I have my phone store I need to shut that account now and they won't do it and giving me all kinds of runaround what the hell?
One of the most disrespectful companies I have ever known I am also been with Metro 15 years since they open their door and I will never refer another person to go back they are the worst company ever put on this street and their day will come believe that the good Lord don't like nasty
They never gave me the $75 rebate for my phone upgrade. When I called the rebate number that CS gave me, there was an ad for Direct TV. Sleazy company.
I have had phone service with Metro PCS for more than 10 years, but I am now looking for another cell phone carrier. They have become the worst of the worst. I paid my cell phone bill at the first of the month as I usually do. A few days later my service was turned off. I called the company and talked to a flipping little idiot. She told me I had not paid my bill. I argued with her and finally gave up. A little later a supervisor called me and apologized and gave me a discount for my service and turned it back on. Shortly thereafter my service was turned off again. I'm not paying them another penny. They have lost a long standing customer, in me. The really sad part is that my phone is still practically new. I am now faced with finding another cell phone company. I don't se how Metro can stay in business very long when they run off their best customers. Don't waist your time or money with them.
The Revvl 6 phone is a piece of you know what!. I have had this phone for one year it constantly drops calls it takes two or three days to deliver a text message, always losing the signal. Very unreliable. MetroPCS told me at least 5 or 6 different ways they would take care of the issue that at the end of the day was just a bunch of talk to get me off the phone. When I was ready to get another device all the deals they said I was eligible for all of a sudden I wasn't. So there position is take your jacked up phone and go have a good day. Call when you got some more money. The USA
I bought a phone charger from one of their stores while traveling in Gary Indiana the charger did not work so I tried to call the number on the slip receipt and it would not work I called for several days and finally called the main metro line they kept me on the phone for about an hour and they could not get through on the number either and then they hung up on me poor customer service. Try the number you will see it does not work and I am 500 miles away
Bad service, phones crash, service crashes, bad customer service, if you try to port to another carrier expect a circus. Held my 15 year number hostage for 4 days. Gave me a huge run around just to retrieve MY number. Wouldn't allow access to my account with correct account number and pin and refused to process my port over due to their crappy no one has ever heard of protocols. Glad I switch carriers.
This company is cheap and you get what you pay for...don't even try to talk to corporate or a customer service agent unless you are trying to give them money you will not get any thing but a run around...hung up on.or an automated machine that with today's technology... Theirs can only understand the words make a payment
No one in any of the metro pcs stores has been able to assist me just because I forgot my PIN and high security password from 2017. Customer Care told me the regional manager could assist me but so far I am unable to get a hold of the regional manager and the store staff provide excuses after excuses, claiming the manager is on vacation, then there is restructuring and the manager role is vacant so there is no manager to handle my dilemma. I'm being held hostage and cannot upgrade to a new cellphone. When trying to switch providers, the same vicious cycle repeats because no one could access my account to obtain my account number nor the port out PIN. I asked Customer Care to credit my account while I'm being held hostage by the store staff and they agreed but could only provide a refund once access can be granted to my account. It has been a long 3 months and I'm still in metro pcs prison waiting to be released. Doesn't look hopeful. Too bad Customer Care cannot grant access to my account and I must rely on the regional manager and there is no way I'm able to reach this regional manager. The store staff prove futile thus far. Twice they took a picture of my photo id and emailed it to their regional manager waiting for the manager to grant access to my account but I never heard back from this regional manager nor any store staff.
My friend bought his phone thru MetroPcs. And he has been paying his insurance. Then one day, his phone malfunctioned. The lady filed a claim for him. Then we received the email staying insurance doesn't cover the "PRE-EXISTING" problem on his TCL phone. Say what? So all phones they sold to customers are USED and have PRE-EXISTING problems? Wow. Rip off for $100 or more. His phone ONLY malfunctioned 2 days ago. It's not pre existing problem. Not only that BUT it also has SIM recognizing problem shutting off data. Shame on them!
I went to metro pcs located at 3401 Cleveland Ave, must say never had a bad exprience but those time Demetrius meechie made my day we had a great conversation and he did an amazing job getting me in and out. I felt like he was an old friend. Thank you.
I wish I could rate them ZERO but even one star is too much.Went to the authorized dealer ( 5500 Buckey town pike in Frederick MD *******) to purchase 5 lines.Terrence did not listen what I was asking him and try to sell me free phones.Charged me $246 for 5 lines and 5 free phones.Unfortunatly when he finally realized what was I asking for, he cancel the purchase and issue $180 refund? On my question why he did not issue full refund he responded that he is actually charging me retail price tax for the phones and he can`t refund tax to me?Free phones become retail price phones? So I have paid $246 and received back $180 not even get account, phones and 5 sim cards? So no service with MetroPC but charged $66 for nothing?I have called customer service, but their respond was that they can`t find my account and they cant issue refund to me, but advised me to go the dealer again and complain to him? This was terrible experience with MetroPC, especially with guy named Terrence, who by the way, didn`t know that sim cards can be associated with personal unlocked phone IMEI and after I asked him to call someone and ask about this, he was finally aware what I was asking when I came to store. This story will be escalate further until I get my money back for service, lines and phones I did not receive at all!
I have had metro for 5 yrs when I tried to switch to qlink they gave me a lot of bs I called them many times and went to their location many more times ans each employee told me something different NO I would never recommend them I am getting qlink free through a government program but you have to apply and you have to make under 2200.00 a month
Has 2 phones with metro and has been pay for insurance for these phones only to go in to get told that one of my plans have to be upgraded in order for me to get the upgrade price for a phone, but when I got these two lines I was told different. Was also told I had insurance on my phones and now insurance only on one. Metro will always try and find a way to get over on people. I wouldn't recommend anyone to them better go straight to t-mobile or go to Walmart better service and explanation on why you paying for all this different stuff
So I'm trying to get a iphone I need my port out number to switch companies they refused to give it to me and then they hung up on me expecting I would give up on trying to switch don't give up guys stay strong and call back am currently on the line waiting for my second try now I'm not stopping
