We monitor reviews for authenticity
On November 4th, I noticed a charge on my account that I didn't have record of. I contacted customer service vis its email. Ms. Sabrina Blake responded to my inquiry promptly and we resolved the issue in a timely manner. I was absolutely satisfied with her support and the manner she handled the issue at hand.
I was keen to try their website for one month only and didn't wish for the subscription to be renewed after the month. My request was actioned immediately (within 5 to 10 minutes of sending the request). A big thanks to Alex Lee who was the admin operator at the time..

My experience has been very nice. It's a little annoying, sometimes when you're talking to someone and you hear your pop bubble, whatever it is but all in all, it's a good app.

I asked the customer service to cancel my account. I never got to a point of paying. I decided I just wasn't ready. I sent an email and received a response within a short period of time. I asked for my account to be deleted and the support team member Linda Mitchel was very nice in helping me out. This is in no way issues with the site, I decided I didn't want to go on a dating site again. But from communication with Ms. Mitchel I would definitely look at this site again when i am ready.

Had a problem with the subscription the admin was perfect they communicated right away there was no delay in time and date hardly within 15 minutes the problem was taken care of great to work with

The website does not allow any type of personalization of what type of person I am searching for. It also does not allow me to remove the horoscope sign, which I do not believe in another thing is I cannot change things or edit the profile.

I didn't give it long—I've become jaded re: online dating but felt it was headed in the same direction but this time I couldn't put my desired age rang so what I got back was not relevant

I turned in a request for a refund for purchases. I did not make over the last two days that were automatically done by the app not by me, and within less than an hour the refunds were processed job well done.

I said no i want refund. They added 50% refund to 6mo. Fine yeah. Get this over with. Then! U get nothing because your decision was made outside 7 day window per policy. Those alternative offers were deliberately meamt to push past the window. Which still doesnt satisfy policy because original equest was made within window
