When I expressed that to her, she immediately slowed down and enunciated clearly so that I could understand her. It was a very positive conversation. I needed explanation of the app because I was confused, and she successfully helped me.

Excellent customer service

I needed to cancel my subscription after only a short time after activating it. Based upon personal experience with other dating agencies I fully expected to have to struggle to make this happen.
However Meet My Age were so supportive and even refunded 50% of my payment. Amazing!

Subscription solved

I paid for subscription which I was ok with then more money was taken out my account without my permission within minutes I emailed this app and Sabrina understood the issue and sorted it out as she could clearly see the mistake. Thank you Sabrina that was professional of you to adhere to the problem. My refund stayed it would be issued within stipulated date.

Customer Support will work with you...

Overall... Michael Whitmore assisted me with an issue. Revolving my paid account. We came to an agreement and was helpful in allowing and making it happen. HOWEVER... some things to the site NEED PROMPT CHANGE... FOR INSTANCE: Once you're a premium member then you should have the ability to delete the people who "view you"... but you're unable to see them because THEIR profile was suspended.That should be change to where the members can delete that so there's not a long list of pictures of unavailable profiles because of them being suspended.

I was contacted by over 31 men in the first day, when I asked each of them what they were looking for on this site.
Every one of the 31 men said they were looking to chat and have some good vibes, when I expressed that i was looking to meet up for a coffee or a walk in the physical to see who we felt in each others company.
Every single man said he was
1 too tied up with work but sounded nice if he had more time,
2 Juggling too much at the moment to meet up
3 I have too much work on but would love to chat,
I question many of them as I wanted to know if they had time to chat and they all supposedly lived in my area why did they not have time for a quick coffee, they couldn't really answer me.
So either this is fixed and these people are not real or 31 men where not interested in meeting up with a human
Horrendous experience but I am glad I spent the time on this exercise it will save me a lot of time chatting to people who have no intention of meeting up, that is if they are real?

EXCELLENT Customer Service

Tiffany provided me with an opportunity to explain why I wanted to cancel my subscription after only having it for less than 10 minutes. She expressed concern and interest to learn why and what caused me to want to cancel. I provided her with details and I asked for a refund. She went beyond to help me and in the end she processed a refund for me. I am very pleased and appreciative with her ability to resolve a problem for me. I wish there were more people like her in the world of business. She is exceptional.

I sent an e mail to owners and they credited me half my initial payment and even offered a free month.
I declined and they understood and took care of me. I was able to delete everything.
