I haven't been able to get a single woman to show a current selfie to show that she is the woman in the profile. About 60% of the women that I've reported to customer service are fake. This isn't a dating site. It's like the old phone sex lines with drunk old ugly women chain smoking cigarettes pretending to be hot sexy young women in lingerie.

I encountered several fake male profiles. I could tell the responses were AI-generated. I informed Customer Support, and then immediately took action. The profiles were investigated and banned from the site. I asked for a full refund. They are honoring that.

I signed up based on an add on Facebook. I realized that even though the site was advertised as free, any communication required that I pay to communicate. Within 30 minutes of signing up, I got numerous communications that "liked me" or wanted to communicate with me. The whole thing seemed like a scam. I did approve a charge for MeetMyAge. For me, the platform was very hard to use. I asked for an immediate refund after spending 5 min on the site. After about 5 exchanges, they finally approved a full refund. They say that their return policy allows for grace period for refunds. I do not know any business with integrity that would do this.
The reason I gave a 3 star is that I did get a full refund, but only after multiple emails first giving me more free months, then 1/2 refund, then full

I said no i want refund. They added 50% refund to 6mo. Fine yeah. Get this over with. Then! U get nothing because your decision was made outside 7 day window per policy. Those alternative offers were deliberately meamt to push past the window. Which still doesnt satisfy policy because original equest was made within window
