I accidentally bought some credit which I did not understand, and they kindly refunded me half of that money
Meanwhile, I still do not know how those credits work. I'm afraid to touch them. Please send me some info on how they work. Also a little more about the difference between the free and the premium. Is there a limit to how many chats you can send over or receive in a day.
I accidently purchased the Gold subscription when trying to try out the astro feature using my points and it automatically added the Gold feature of $109.29 AUD to my card for one month - given the purchase was accidental, I contacted immediately instead of a PayPal dispute and initially was offered a few things before I requested a full refund, which if a service is supplied on Australian shores, the ACCC will cover you for; and a full refund was issued. I have met several women in my area online I wish we could chat a little longer then just a few times chatting with them was enjoyable but some were a little I think out of character by texting "what do you want" I kinda thought that was somewhat rude but over all enjoyed the few times I had actually chatted. Overall, I found the app easy to use and the platform itself is well set up. Customer support was responsive and helpful, which I appreciated. So try to find a person that wants to meet, you know real actual contact. No 1 that I have contacted so far wants to do that, which makes me think they are just AI generated bots to satisfy some peoples quest for chatting not really physical people.
