This site is one of the worst as far as dating apps go. Not user friendly nor easy to navigate the site. This site freezes up and then randomly billed me for a higher subscription level. I contacted someone immediately via chat and they tried to barter about the bill…I just cancelled and deleted my account! I also think it appears there are many bots on this site because the answers don't jive with the questions. They also will give answers that don't make sense to questions. Don't waste your money or time!

The staff at customer serve are very efficient and replies are fast.
On the other hand, I find that the renewal should not be done automatically without the pre-authorization by the customer.
Otherwise, when a customer starts a subscription, it should be given the option to manually renew OR automatically renew. That option is not visible.

The site is fine. Operates great. Chats are simple. Uploads to establish profiles are efficient. All of that i frastructure is fine.
The problem I have is that pictures of people do not line up or square with posted age. Moreover, the discourse if the chat sounds like you're speaking with Chat GPT. It literally feels that way especially when some of the things I asked from other people warranted a subjective response. So, I ammsimply suspect of the integrity of the candidates and thr asymetric i formation being exchanged.
As far as communicating with staff operating the site - top shelf. They were on my concerns immediately. Hope this helps.

I am not sure what I expected from this site but the experience was decent enough. I really enjoyed the conversations with some of the people on the site but never really made a connection with anyone.

Customer service is excellent but navigating the app was annoying. Very limiting texts allowed and every person writes like it's either a chat bot answering you or the guys can click on something scripted. No man talks so proper and they definitely don't spell that perfectly. Seems fake.

I was willing to TRY the experience, when signed up yet fearing providing my CC, you MUST provide your credit card without seeing the online experience. My experience was I was only capable of texting ONCE to a single response on the Premium Pkg 79.99. Only allowed 5 a day. There is NO APP with this Company. The Colleagues of the Company were very helpful and responded very quickly. The Companies Packages I found misleading. If you were to ask me my Account I'd have to say where is it posted on my account, things appear hidden.

I was billed on my account for gold and premium memberships. At first they offered me half credit and free months. And told me memberships can't be credited. But I explained to them they were making it more complicated than it was and they credited me back the membership that was billed in error. Only took a couple of emails but was corrected quickly.

I found that MeetMyAge does not allow you to set your distance or age choices. You really spend alot of time sorting through people not in your area or age preferences. I found alot of gents i talked to said similar things as if scripted?
Also i asked a gent to meet for coffee and he wouldnt saying lets just chat here.

I signed up and as there is no information about subscription costs until you've added loads of information, I was annoyed to that there was so little upfront transparency and all sorts of enticements by adding more photos which didn't seem to translate into any real benefits.
I decided it was too expensive for me and had to send an email to cancel my profile. I was then asked to send another email explaining (again) why I wanted to delete my profile.
In fairness to the company, the email exchange was quick and they did agree to delete my profile. Obviously I can no longer check they've fulfilled their promise to do so, and I'll just have to assume they are acting ethically in that respect.
