Had to haggle for a week to finally get the return address to send back items that didn't fit. Was offered very low compensation in attempts to try to get me to keep the items. Worse customer service experience I have ever had. We will see how long it will take for me to get my refund.
I received my order and was very excited. One of the two bathing suits fit well enough, but I thought exchanging it for a larger bottom would be best. The other, it fit very poorly, and was not able to be worn. I emailed customer service asking for the return information, as the return policy states. My email was not responded to after two days, so I emailed again. I was then offered a $5 coupon, and $10 partial return. This is unacceptable on a $37.99 item that cannot be worn. I then requested a return, and was given a partial return address after three days. I suspect that the company is doing this to push my return outside of their return policy so they do not have to accept it.
All 2 bathing suits I purchased (different styles) ran smaller than any other catalog swim wear I have purchaed

Just found them a little slow on delivery but once received the swimwear fits well and is well made.
The clothes themselves were fine. Shipping was pretty quick. There were two swim suits that didn't have the bottoms and I've sent 2 emails to inquire about returning and have yet to hear back, a week later.
I purchased three suits for a family vacation. One for my mother. I kept checking the tracking status everyday. It never changed from day one to day 15. I contacted customer service and told them I'm ver my unhappy. They cancelled my order and I don't know hen or if I will receive my refund by how they've communicated. I even started commenting on their posts on social and they turned their comments off instead of correcting the issue.
The quality was not what I was expecting. I can get better quality from target. The pads in the swim were poorly made, not rounded, and didn't fit right or were damaged. Size chart wasn't accurate either. Sizing is inconsistent.

Returns have to be paid for by the customer. I bought the items from what was advertised as a UK company but returns are to USA and have to be tracked. It cost me just over £30 to return the unwanted items. I am keeping my fingers crossed that my refund will happen.
The dress arrived broken with photo to prove. After numerous emails to customer service, no refund was issued. Instead, an offer of a $12 dollar refund offer on a $60 transaction, which was never received. SCAM!
The website was relatively easy to use, the bathing suit looks cute, the fabric feels nice, it's thinner then my last torrid bathing suit but the price is much better, and I like how many different options they have for style and cut.
