I ordered swimwear and when it was received it wasn't a good fit. I am still waiting for return information. They keep offering me offers to keep the items. I don't want to I want my money back!

Very easy to use the website. However, i was discouraged about the return process. You don't cover those dishes l expenses for shipping back an order.

Lots of selection, adorable suits! As with any online shopping experience for swimwear, returns are a necessity. Unfortunately, the return policy is very rigid and inconvenient. Think twice before you just buy to try, you might be stuck with it.

I wanted to return 2 items because they do not fit even though I got the right size for my body. They wanted to offer me $10 to just keep the items instead of allowing me to return for full refund "to avoid shipping cost." Still trying to get my refund.

I would like to return some items I bought but the advisor seems unwilling to accept my return as they would prefer I keep the items

The material is too thin for a good quality swimsuit, does not provide support, no clear information on the return policy.

Very efficient and good quality swimsuits. Wish the cups and support was alittle better but still works okay.

Easy website and checkout, return policy and pretty suits

This was an easy site to use and I am very happy with the way the bathing suits I ordered fit. I always have a hard time finding a bathing suit but they fit perfect. I will defiantly order again

I ordered 3 suits online, was going on vacation so I paid the $35 (quite a lot) extra for express shipping to Canada. It didn't come in time (company is out of China which the website doesn't say), so I got the package after I got home from my trip. I only wanted to keep 1 of the 3 suits based on material quality and poor bust fit, so I went online to see about returning and learned I only had 15 days from delivery, so with my trip I missed that deadline. So I'm stuck with it and they were too expensive for the quality. Bummer!

I LOVE this bathing suit. As soon as I put it on I felt so confident. My only critique...but area is a bit different. But I will def wear it. Will consider purchasing again in the future, if there is a design I like as much as this one.

If you need to return or exchange you're in trouble. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping with tracking. In order to get an address to return, you need to email customer service. The first two replies they sent me offered a partial refund instead of sending me the return address. I finally got the address on the third attempt. I sent them the tracking info and have not heard back. I should have read more reviews first, since so many people are having the same experience. Save yourself the trouble and go with one of the many reputable swimwear sellers. Do not buy from here.

Wonderful delivery time and easy to navigate website

The items received were of good quality. Returning items is an unnecessary hassle as the service team responds only once within a 24 hours period - normally between 1-3 am. They continually push accepting a discounted credit to avoid shipping the items back to their warehouse and they withhold the return shipping address in an attempt to run out the 15 day return period. I would not order again from this company due to their customer service standards.

The sizing is off and I don't appreciate the bargaining back and forth to return the items. I will never shop with you again.

The swimsuit I bought came damaged. Instead of offering to let me return for a refund or replacement, they are trying to scam me into a reimbursement of 1/3 the price of the purchase. I am disgusted with this company.

I ordered two swimsuits for my wife. These Arena beautiful, but unfortunately do not fit as desired (cut too short). A free return is not possible now. Instead I am supposed to send the swimsuits to the USA for a fee, or they actually don't want any returns at all, so they offer me about half the price as a refund. This is not customer service!
