Not great so far. Waiting to hear back on how to return some items

I ordered 4 swimsuits to have multiple options since they all look different. 2 of them fit perfectly however the top of the set was one size too small and I didn't like the 4th option. I tried to get the top exchanged for a larger size and was denied and then I tried to return the products to get my money back since I wasn't allowed to have the top exchanged. I sent multiple emails and it took several days for a response back, I was perfectly fine with mailing the suits back and paying for shipping and providing the tracking info. However I was never emailed the address and they just offered me $33 back so that I wouldn't return the shoes, I accepted it only because honestly I didn't think that I'd get my money back any other way. It was so bizarre that they wouldn't give me the return address and it stops me from purchasing from meet curve again because I like buying multiple options and returning the ones that don't fit. I wear a G36 and have a 32 waist so it's just very hard to find things that fit me hence why I buy multiple options.

Need to return, please provide instructions to return. Thank you

I tried this for a swimsuit top. Wasn't supportive enough for my taste. Started the return process. Was contacted for discount on another style/ fit. Still waiting to find out how to apply the discount to the new top I have selected. Optimistic that it will me better than the first selection that I really liked but left me to conscientious of the swing and drop that gravity has provided me now.

This swimwear was everything I expected. The fit is great. Very comfortable. Full coverage in areas I wanted covered. Only drawback was the shipping took longer than I expected. But, I still received my package and was super excited to try them on. Can't wait to show off my new swimwear on my upcoming trip to the beach.

There's no option to return to the UK, you have to return to the states at your own expense. Eventually, I accepted a reduced refund and to give the swimsuits to charity, I'm still yet to receive the refund and this is weeks after my first request for one. Very disappointed. The swimsuits were too short in the body for me and not the best quality. Don't bother!

The products were made very well and were shipped to me immediately. I am so pleased with the suits I bought and would definitely buy from here again!

I received my order ok but after deciding they were unsuitable I wanted to return them and get a refund.
However it is still ongoing as I cannot seem to get a address so that I can return the items back to the supplier.

Frais de livraison a 12€... J'ai tout de même passé commande. Décue du produit qui n'apporte aucun maintient au niveau de la poitrine, et tissu vraiment très léger. Peu qualitatif. Il est préciser que le retour et les remboursement sont possible... Méfiez-vous c'est faux. On ne m'a jamais communiqué l'adresse de retour, en me disant que l'entrepôt se trouve a NY... Et l'on me propose 10€ de dédommagement ainsi que de garder l'article. Sur les 33€ de maillot de bain...

I need help to return item that don't fit properly. I have tried emailing several days now and I haven't received a complete full address to return my items.
I only received by email half an address.
I feel like its being done on purpose because the 15 day return policy is approaching fast.

I ordered £100 worth of costumes which didn't fit. Trying to return them has been an joke! Sent several emails and when you finally get a reply it's a blank email! Then they've told me shipping is too expensive to the USA and I could get £30 back and keep the costumes (which are no good too me!). The responses are quite vague and it really doesn't feel like the person behind the emus knows what they're talking about! Might be a different experience in the USA but avoid if you want to return for the uk!

Did not fit well returning the suit is not easy. It actually is just stupid.

I was not thrilled with the quality. Never tried them on, but the return process is difficult. You have to pay for the return. You must notify them of the return first try to make you keep the product and offer a credit or coupon which does not make sense because I spent over $70 and they wanted to give me a $20 credit for bathing suits. I did not want to keep. They stall giving the return address because it will not be the same that is on the packaging. It can be frustrating to keep having to check email especially when you have only 15 days from receiving to return the product and the stalling really cuts into that time. And you wind up paying extra to send it faster because of all of the stall time. We will see when I receive my money back, but this is the start of my experience.

The items I purchased did not fit. They are not for long torso women

Tried to return the two suits I got. I was I only had 15 days to return, and when asking for return address, no one would provide me one. Customer service kept trying to bargain with me (we will give you 30 bucks to just keep them). They then can be a fake return address that included just zip, state. I had to beg and write negative reviews on facebook to be provided with correct return address

Very lovely costume. Fits really well. I think the only thing i would change is the clip on the back, it could have worked better been placed the other way as will easily up clip. Will be fine if turned other way round but with struggling with finding one that fits nicely il just keep it

I am very happy with the bathing suit ordered. Fit as expected. My only issue was with delivery, which was easily resolved. I did not realize that the package required a signature for delivery. I received a text message while at work, which I wasn't sure was legitimate (receive so many scam texts, it was hard to tell at first). After some investigation, I figured out that it was regarding my package I was expecting. Of course, they did not leave it but I was able to reschedule the delivery for the next day without a signature required since I would be at work again. I received it, happy with the product, all is well! I would just suggest more clarity on delivery to avoid any misunderstandings such as I experienced.
