Quality products, website easy to navigate, quick and effluent service

Very slow delivery so missed taking items on holiday. Requesting refund.

Can't wait to try them out this summer. They look super cute

I ordered XL swimsuit but got sent XXL! Not only did it not have any delivery note with instructions on how to refund or exchange, I'm being charged for delivery to return & receive my correct order! Totally unacceptable!

Not great. Took long time to arrive, didnt suit as material was flimsy. Emailed asking to return and got no response.

Blue one was too small since I'm traveling soon and it takes so long for orders to arrive I am unable to return it.

I purchased 6 items and a few did not fit properly and I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. I have been emailing back and forth with customer service for over a week now and cannot get anyone to give me confirmation and instructions to cancel change. All so keep getting is offers to keep the items. I am also very frustrated that there is no phone number to call for customer service to sort things out. I love the products but the customer service for returns is awful!

Very happy with these. Fit is perfect and exactly what l expected.

Awful. I ordered two sizes of 3 different swimwear for a holiday (bigger ladies will understand this - website measurement guides aren't always accurate for different shapes etc). They emailed to say they would only send 1 size, which did I want. They implied I was ordering to sell onwards. But the email wss 4 days after I ordered. I accepted just 1 size hoping they would fit and asking when they would arrive - was told it would take 5 days to process order plus shipping so I asked to cancel orfer as it wluld end up arriving too late.

Over two weeks on and Im still waiting for several hundreds of pounds refund, plus being bombarded with useless emails.

So disappointed as I loved thelook of the swimwear.

Received 2 bathing suites and couldn't wait. Received them and it was like they were made for someone that had A/B cup size.

Shipping was slow. Took almost 3 weeks to receive the order. Sizing was off. Don't want to pay shipping to return items that I can't try on in store.

Order came ur right when it was suppose to and fit me perfectly!

Your products are stylish and excellent quality, each item was exactly as expected

The material was very cheap and not true to size. I had got a swim suit and super cute but when putting it on the 3XL could have went for a 1XL. Barely covered my top and bum. I know it's hard when you order online but was hoping for the best. Now to see about the return process...

I ordered two swim suits and a top, all super cute but one of the swim suits ran shorter than expected in size resulting in me wanting to return it. Love my others tho!

I ordered two swimming costumes which looked lovely on the website however they have come and are incredibly small. I am trying to return these items and are not getting any where with the returns. The emails are very slow to come and the instructions incredibly unclear. It really is disappointing when I find a plus size swimming costume website that then does not make it easy to get your correct size or an easy delivery process. I'm very disappointed.

The quality is excellent. Definitely for larger women. Hardware is on the larger size. I ordered a large and should have ordered a medium. Waiting on a reply to see if I can exchange it.

Une tenue trop petite. Malheureusement le retours du vêtement est à nos frais en sachant qu'il faut renvoyé en Chine. Il pourrait le spécifier lors de la vente.
