I would buy the swimsuit and the coverup again and again. It's very figure flattering. The top is supportive.

The shopping experience was great. Delivery was great. I did have inquiry regarding tracking numbers but was answered straight away and by a human with great customer service. Thanks again!

Returns policy is non-existent, you are requested to return your order to a USA address at your own cost but never actually get given the address. It takes days to get a response from the customer service department and they only offer a small refund rather than returning the items. I'm out of pocket and have no way of sorting this out.

No Answer, after I get an answer - no adress was given me, where I can return the goods

Just an Katastrophe!

If now not soon someone takes care of my concern /Retoure and I get my money back, then I will inform the consumer protection and bring this to the report

I bought 3 different styles bathing suits and I love all 3! They are flattering.

I ordered 2 suits that don't fit and the customer service when trying to process a return has been awful. They won't send me a return address and keep trying to offer a coupon or partial refund. I will not ever buy from them again. It is a total scam!

I was told that I would receive a refund for one of my swimsuits. It doesn't fit at all well. We agreed on a refund of €20 and I would not post the item back. I still haven't received the refund. I'm not happy about this.

I bought two swimsuits. One of them I really love and it fits well. The other one, I don't like and it fits in a strange way.

I ordered two different bathing suits in the same size and one was too big and the other fit just right. Not sure why but that's unfortunate. However the suits are beautiful and very nice quality.

The quality is not as shown on its website and you cannot return as when you contact customer services they refuse to give you a return address which I understand is outside the UK

I didn't realize I was shopping in US dollars, so I paid more than I expected. Also material in one shirt says 100 %cotton but does not feel like cotton :( One shirt said it was a swim top but was really just a flimsy tank top.

Sizing on the site was way off from what I got. Return/exchange process prohibitively expensive. I was offered a $5 coupon for my next purchase.Which I will not be making. Ever.
