How can I review something I don't have. Customer service was an email and then never responded back
The day I received my package I tried the items on and determined I wanted to Return the items. Emailed the company asking for the address to mail it back. They go back and forth via email never giving you the return address or acknowledging a full refund. Instead they tell you to keep the items and they will give you a small credit. I want a refund and return address. The company is a complete scam.
Swimsuits cute but not all fit. Trying to send the ones that didn't workout is a nightmare. Company gave me bogus return address and did not want to refund the correct amount back to me even if I paid the shipping cost to mail back to them. I spent over $100 which I got free shipping however they want to make the shipping fee back so will not give you amount due for return.
Ordered sizes to big. Doesn't fit me so requesting to return items
I ordered 3 swimsuits and love 2 of them. To return the third I have to post to USA address. Not ideal
Nothing I ordered fit, Been trying to return and they are giving me the run around. They want me to take a partial payment in return for not shipping it back. I'm a single mom and money is important and after many emails they haven't given me a place to return the products or refunded my money. I don't recommend using them if your money means something to your family

Ordering the items were easy but now that I want to return a few items that don't fit me the way I want them to, I have sent a few emails to the returns email address and they still have not given me the address to send my returns to. It states I have 15 days from when I receive my order and all I want is to get them posted off so that I can meet that deadline.
The costume I ordered was too big and I didnt like it. I asked about returning it and was told that they didn't take returns because of postage back to USA. I was offered a $5 voucher and told i could use it toward another costume with free postage.
This was not a good deal. I wanted my money back.
I have said they could send me a smaller costume of a different style and they have not replied.
I feel ripped off.
The costume was quite expensive.

Silly me - I did not read the reviews before ordering. Now it appears I am stuck with the items and no refund.

I asked for the return of the products and got alternative choices except of returning them. But nothing was satisfied for me so I asked for the 3. Time for the return address. Now I don't get any responds and I don't have my money back. I will never oder there again.
I like the product, but I am not receiving timely responses from the return services. The items were too small. I asked for return instructions. It too several days to get the instructions. Once I got the instructions, they didn't give an address to send the items back. I am still waiting on the address. I hope the doesn't count towards my 15 day limit to get a refund.
