I loved the products that I received and decided to keep, but returning the ones I did not want was a significant challenge. The process for returning is to email their support team, and it took 5 days to hear anything back from them, and then documenting what and why I wanted to return the items was a hassle. You also have to pay for shipping both ways. And you have only 15 days to return items after delivery. Until the return process improves, I will not be ordering from them again
I bought suits for a big vacation and I was let down by what I got. I took my measurements and went with the suggested size but the tops did not cover and the one pieces were not comfortable.

I'm trying to return a bathing suit because the size is too small and they are giving me the runaround. They won't give me the full return address or a refund. They just keep saying they will give me $10 and to keep the bathing suit.

They say don't mail it to the return address and that their return address is in New York...BUT NEVER GIVE A FULL ADDRESS. Saturday will be 14 days. I am very doubtful that I'll get a reply with the return address. That I'll have lost $218 to this horrible company.

I purchased multiple swimsuits from MeetCurve on 4/29/23 so that they could be tried on and I could decide which ones I was going to return. I reviewed their return policy before I made the purchase and it seemed like it was a normal online return policy. Fast forward to when I actually NEED to make a return and am now dealing with their "customer service." I have messaged this customer service rep on multiple occasions asking for a return shipping address and there has been nothing but avoidance and an offer of only a partial refund of what I paid for the swimsuits. What I mean by avoidance is, the second message that this customer service rep sent me only included a partial return shipping address in "New York." The rest of the return address was purposely left out. The company clearly states that no returns can be made to the address that was on my package or no refunds will be given on all of their paperwork. So what am I supposed to do here? This has been the most frustrating and anger-inducing customer service experience. There is no phone number to reach anyone, so I am left with only messaging a customer service rep. Meet.Curve you have a wonderful product, but need to do better on how you treat your customers AFTER they purchase a product from you. I will not be purchasing another product from Meet.Curve because of this reason.
I am very dissatisfied with this site. The products I ordered don't fit, so I asked for a return. All I received was a blank email, so I reported it. I still haven't received anything. I do not recommend this site
I order 3 items. One was great, one was faulty, the other did not fit.
I requested a return by email as per the website.
Was offered a partial refund and to keep the items. As only one item was any good to me, that financially from my point of view did not make sense. Again requested a returns address. They can back with a slightly higher amount of a partial refund, suggesting I could donate or give a friend the items I didn't want.
At this point it still works out an expensive swimsuit with the partial refund but agreed because I have no faith that if eventually I was given the details to return the items that I would actual get my money refunded in full. Maybe my experience was different because I'm in the UK but the customer service is not great
No information about my delivery after 2 weeks. Had to write an email and ask for it. Unfortunately till now bo delivery or further information about the date it could aproximately arrive. Still waiting….
Sehr schlechter Service, wenn es darum geht die Ware zurück gehen zu lassen. Wenn ihr das Problem habt, dann wendet euch gleich an PayPal. Am besten gar nicht erst bestellen.
Me hizo desconfiar al hacer el pedido que no fuera un pago seguro. Así y todo el pedido siguió adelante. El día que se cumplía el tiempo máximo de entrega recibí un mail pidiendo si había recibido el pedido y pensé: La empresa no sabe si el cliente recibe el pedido? No hay un control? Pedía que indicara si lo había recibido, cancelado o, si no lo había recibido, que enviara un mail en las próximas 24h/48h.
Hoy, que han pasado las 48 h, e iba a reclamarlo, me envían esta encuesta e satisfacción, por lo que no saben que mi pedido no lo he recibido.

The suit is cute and fits great for the most part. It's a little weird around the legs. The elastic is a little tight and it makes me look like I'm wearing a diaper. I wanted the bottom half to look a little more free-flowing, so I seem ripped the elastic out and it's much much better.
It took a little of time for delivery - about 18 days.
It is good to follow the shipment online.
I've been trying to return my order because it did not fit at all and they won't give me a return label. They keep offering me different amounts of money that is not even close to what I pay to keep it and not return it. And they haven't responded to my last email. Waste of 70 bucks

I've been emailing customer service trying to get an address to send an item back that doesn't fit. They won't tell me where to send it, won't give me a refund. Just stopped answering me. Will NEVER order from them again.
