I am trying to return that dont fit. I am trying to get a address to return to.

I have been trying to return the items I purchased but customer service has not returned my emails.

Excellent experience from shopping to purchase. Shipping was very good too.

Easy and great choices so I ordered suites that I don't like trying on in stores.

The order took forever.so long I had to inquire as to where is was. Finally arrived and the suits are way too big.now I need to return and I'm still waiting on an email back saying what I'm supposed to do. Nothing has been smooth with this process

I ordered 2 swim suits that didn't work for me. Returning them was ridiculous. They don't offer a return service, and getting them to provide a simple return address took four emails. So, in a nutshell, it cost me shipping x2, plus a week of emailing, to try on 2 suits that I ended up not liking.

I am shocked with this company.All i here is its on the way and still nothing zero out of 10 i give it.

I have 2 items that need returning as they don't fit, I have followed the returns instruction to email my request to return and to wait for the next steps, however I still have not received that email and therefore unable to return the 2 items.

The swimsuit I ordered is great quality and fit. It was delivered in reasonable time and all went smoothly.

The suit was beautiful online but does not flatter me at all. It's too small, has padding that isn't removeable and didn't flatter overall.

So far so good, the item was delivered in the estimated time frame and was what I expected

I have had better experience with other swimsuit companies

For my type of figure not really suitable. I have a big chest and need more support from my swimwear.

Sending it back is a nightmare, takes forever to get a response and no questions are answered through customer support.

I ordered 3 swimsuits and 1 worked but I'm getting the run around on returning the other 2 and getting a refund.

It took a while for my order to be delivered. The bathing suits were too large and one was delivered with a ripped strap. I like two of the bathing suits so I requested to exchange for a smaller size and to he refunded for the third. Several days later I got an email asking if I'd be willing to accept a partial refund to keep the items. I replied that I don't want the items b/c they are too big & 1 is ripped and that I wanted to exchange 2 and return 1. I still haven't heard back from them. I don't know where to return the swim suits because in the email it said not to return the bathing suits to the shipping address.

Die Bestellung ging schnell und unkompliziert, nach ca. 1 Woche wurde die Ware geliefert. Material und Qualität sind super. Habe anhand der Grössentsbelle bestellt, der Badeanzug passt wie angegossen!

Messaged to start the return process, but was offered a partial refund of $25 to instead keep the items. I didn't want to keep the products, but I have now messaged 3 more times with no response on the process. I will never again buy from this company, and I would recommend not buying from them if you want easy returns. Not gonna happen.

I really like the selection of swimsuits. I have ordered online from various companies and 1x and 2X always fit well. I ordered 2X and they were too small. The cuts are like a slim cut. I didn't exchange them but might.

I will never deal with this company again. I ordered 2 suites 1 fit so good the other one not. I have emailed and asked for a refund. I am now 10 days of asking and still nothing. I have asked for a full refund and the address to send back and they email back 3 4 days and ask if I want a partial refund. The suite doesn't fit I can't wear it I don't want a partial refund I want a full one. I will not be recommending this site to anyone and will not be buying again

I followed the sizing guide and my measurements and half the garments I ordered didn't fit. They were for too small. I think they were mislabeled because the other swimsuit in the same size fitted perfectly. The inconsistency in my first order is extremely disappointing. Will not be ordering again.
