The bottom bikini panties didn't fit. But I actually liked the bikini top. Pretty much. Didn't expect that quality. Would have like to reorder the bottom but the back sending was to pricy.

I ordered two bathing suits and both are too small. I requested a return and have yet to hear from the company or receive return information.

I had the same issue. I wanted to return the items and they never send me back the address. Theh answered one of my emails with some fake steps.
I wish I read this before.

These swimsuits are amazing! I honestly feta so confident in these suits and gives us thicker women confidence!

Great selection of swimsuits! Bought 2 for myself because I couldn't make up my mind! The quality is great. I haven't actually used them in the pool yet, so I can't say how the material holds up to chlorine. But I love the material and style!

The website was easy to use and it was prompt postage. The bathers were not true to size and real snug.

The swim suit arrived fine. It doesn't fit me properly so emailed as per the instructions to get returns details. They take ages to respond then offered partial refund, no details to return. Asked again and now get no response at all! So I guess it's take partial - a little bit of money back and keep a costume that has no use to me at all or nothing. Terrible customer service, terrible company and would never use or recommend them. When getting nowhere I checked and lots of other customers complaining about the same thing, just wished I'd checked first!

I ordered a few items and they came quickly, however they didn't suit me and I want to return them and get a full refund. They will not give this and offered me part of the money and keep the items. This is not acceptable and I would like my money back.

Sizing is a little weird. The length is short for the size of the suits.

I purchased an item and needed to return it within their return time frame. Received an initial email but no return address and they require you pay return shipping. Won't shop from here again.

I have been trying to complete a return and the process is going a little slow. I don't understand what's taking so long to receive an address to mail the products I need to return.

I ordered one swimsuit, I wanted to return it as I didn't like the fit. I contacted to return it right away, the day after receiving it. I emailed with the customer service time back and forth 4 times, repeatedly asking for the returns address. I was never actually able to get the returns address. Instead they forced me into a partial refund $22 of $33 which they then told me would take 30+ days to receive. I will never order from them again and warn you to do the same.

Swimsuit came didn't fit properly and to return it has been a nightmare. Have sent numerous emails and no return label or correct address.

I got my order very late, i have 3 Items and want to return 2 of them. I send few message to get address or label, and no answer. Steel have them and very disappointed.
