I will never order from this site again and will warn others to do the same. I order a swimsuit that was cute but very low cut. I wished to send it back. I sent about 5 emails/opened tickets to obtain a return address. I simply got a return address of Brooklyn NY *******. After a full week of back and forth, I told them I would simply donate the suit but wanted a refund. I originally offered to send it back minus shipping. I was told I would get a refund of $16 for a $43 purchase. I've yet to see my money and I'm sure I will never get that credit back on my card. Buyer beware! Next time, I will read reviews about this company. They are awful. I'll stick with Swimsuits For All and Macy's. It's worth spending the money as they are legitimate businesses with actual return policies
Franchement j'ai commandé mon maillot sans vraiment y croire. J'ai une grosse poitrine (100e) et le xl me convient parfaitement! Chose rare, même en magasin c'est difficile de trouver un joli maillot. Je suis conquise! Moi qui ai des complexes, avec je me sens jolie. J'en commanderai sûrement d'autres!;-)
I measured myself before I ordered and the midsection was ok but I swam in the chest area. It also isn't clear how I can return anything
Over all not a positive experience dealing with this company. The items that arrived were too big. The problems started when I tried to get a refund. Most of the responses were auto generated. That's when you get hold of someone. They offer a partial refund which took a month to return. I settled in tge end as I thought sone of my money back was better than nothing. But I'm left trying to sell the swimsuits to try and claw some of my money back. So if you think you may want to return items- save yourself tge headache. Will not use this company again.
