I ordered 2 swimsuits. Both are high quality. I don't like the fit of one of them and the return process is kind of ridiculous. They don't give the return address until they've tried 3 or 5 times to get you to keep the item. That being said, their swimsuits are great and I will be ordering again.

Now I want to order an another one cause they fit soooo well. Price is average and quality is exceptional! I'll be referring and reordering.

Slow delivery. Items ordered not brilliant quality therefore in summary, my experience is you can get better value for money elsewhere.

Being 5ft 9 I found the costumes came up really high on the thigh and front area

The high wastes bottoms were not as high wasted as previous pairs… disappointing and it's useless to ask for a refund because you make impossible to get one. Honestly won't be shopping here anymore. Maybe if you had a better return policy I would

I waited forever to get my over priced items. The body length is too short and I am 5' 4". The top part is twisted so my right breast does "fall" into the cup. It actually keeps falling out in the underarm area that is a little too forward.

Great until it's time to return. Beautiful bathing suits but they definitely give you the run around with their so called return policy. It's been a week and I'm so going back and forth with them and they won't give me the return address even though I have to pay fit return shipping. Their suits are Beautiful and I would definitely buy again if I was sure I was going to keep it.

Ordered M and L sized suits, based on the sizing chart. I am 5'8" and 140lbs, and typically wear S or M clothing. All of the suits were too tight and much too short (which put pressure on the straps and pulled the bikini line way too high). It made me feel very self-conscious.

I have been trying to reach a customer service agent about my return for 7 days. I have yet to hear back. Communication is poor and quality of customer service is unacceptable.

It's nearly impossible to return items that do not fit. You can't contact a human, and their email communication is sporadic and lousy. They offered for me to keep the items and give me a "refund" of $35 plus $5 of my next order. Why would I want to do that for items that don't fit? I wish I had read some of the reviews warning me of this beforehand.

Stuff comes from china, takes weeks to arrive.

Return policy and support are a joke. It's simply fraud. They delay answers so the time frame to return stuff expires and they never tell you a proper return address.biggest joke: they offer you to repay a third of the stuff to keep it.
It is just fraud to me.

Ive tried to nessage customer service and they wont give me the address for returns. They keep trying to push me to keep items and get. A discount on nect purchase.

Just terrible. I've been waiting for my order for four weeks. I can't track them and I can't cancel the order to get my money back. Just cheating.

Always amazing products. I have ordered from here for the past 2 years. The bathing suits are so comfy and flattering. The cover ups are great!

Easy website to navigate, hoping the suits fit true to sizei recieved Mt order, but I needed to exchange one of the suits as it didn't fit.

I loved the tankinis I bought. I ordered 2x and they fit perfectly. It is quite refreshing shopping for swimwear and actually receive a size that fits you comfortably. Will definetely re-order in the future :) Also good customer service. I appreciated the follow up on if I had received my order or not. Thank you

Love all the designs. Needed to upsize on all the suits I received. Customer Service takes several days to respond.
