I am still trying to get a refund for my order. I've gotten multiple emails from them but nothing has been followed through. I will not order from this company again. The sizes are off, there is too much material, and the suits are cheaply made.
The ordering experience was easy, however I did accidentally order two of the same top that I'll need to exchange. I'm sure that won't be a problem based off how problem-free the shopping experience was.
I was so excited to get my first order. But the sizing is way off. I have been trying to return/exchange having having trouble getting the information needed.

After ordering 4 swimsuits and only 3 arrived, I received contact every 3 days resolving nothing and offering me no replacement or refund. After continually pushing for resolution, they have finally told me to place a complaint with their warehouse as the package was the correct weight for 4 suits (all I know is a $29.99 suit I paid for never arrived). They also chose to give me a 50% discount on the one suit that I didn't like rather than give me ship back which was shady.
Ordering was easy. Received super quick. I ordered 3 swim suits and they all made me feel supported and sexy. All three for a cost i could afford. Fit perfectly.
Was easy to order, styles are beautif. Bought two swimsuits. One in my regular size and one a size bigger. Both are way too short for my torso. Very disappointing.
Do not purchase from here. It is impossible to return your items. Quality of swimsuits are great but if they do not fit like in my case they make it impossible to return. Just under £70 spent here and unable to return.
When I received this swimsuit there was nothing inside the package with regard to return.
I went to their website to request return information. I was given a bunch of information including to take photographs of this item along with reason for return. I did everything requested and the only response I received was would i accept $18.00 and I could keep the swimsuit. My response was no and that was the end of all communication.
I was a little worried how it would fit just by looking at the size chart because those never usually work out in my favor. But when I got the swim dress and tried it on it fit PERFECTLY. I LOVE IT! I will buy from meetcurve again!

I've been trying to return a swimsuit that doesn't fit for over a week. Every time they give me a return address they only give part of it so I can't actually return the suit. I'm close to putting in a chargeback with my credit card company
I purchased a dress and 3 swimsuits and they did not work. The dress was too large and I didn't like he material and the swimwear didn't provide enough bust support. I followed the instructions on their website for returns and sent an email requesting a return auth # and return address (spoiler - they NEVER gave a return address!). Instead of providing a return auth, they offered to let me keep the items for $42 (I paid $156). I replied that I wanted a full return and they again didn't get back to me for days. Several emails later, and after I tell them what a horrible experience this has been, they say sorry and would I accept $72 back to my card and I could donate or sell the items myself, and they said that is the only compensation they can offer. I emailed back that if that is the best they can do I'd take the $72 (better than nothing!) and so have yet to hear back or receive a refund. Absolutely the worst experience buying online I have ever had! They are a fraudulent company! Beware!
I ordered two swimsuits. This is not something I enjoy. However, there were several decent options so I gave it a shot. One skirted suit was a bit short in the rise, which caused the top portion to expose lots of skin. Acceptable but not optimal. The other suit worked but I wore a swim skirt over it. Overall, a good purchase.
I ordered 4 swimsuits and a coverup last month. When I tried them on, one suit looked amazing and so did the coverup. The other 3 did not flatter so I chose to return them. So far the return process has been brutal. You have to email for an authorization which takes a few days for a response. They only give you partial instructions on the return so I asked for more info a few days later I get a partial address to return items to. I reached out again for the full address ( they specifically say don't return to the address on the label) they offered me $25 to keep the suits. I paid approx $100 and will not wear them so no that doesn't work. I'm still waiting for complete return instructions. It almost seems like they are trying to let the clock run out on my return window. In the meantime I ordered 3 more suits once I knew the others were going back. Thankfully I love the 3 I received and will not have to deal with this return bs. I'm praying someone will give me the info so I can be refi see for the three I didn't like but it shouldn't be this difficult to return something that I'd unflattering.
