A good experience...being able to see real women, all shapes and sizes actually modeling the swimsuits was great. Was pleasantly surprised by the over all quality of the swimsuits

I'm emailing Kare, one of their customes service and she is refusing to give me address where I can post items I would.like to return.
I've ordered quiet a lot as my body shape is unusual and have difficult to find bras, swimsuits, etc for me. I left 2 items which are OK, but would like to return the rest as it doesn't fit me at all. They are unworn, with original labels. I send 1st email day after delivery willing to post back what I will not keep. Karen is offering only partially refund? As per customer law I have a right to receive full refund.
Case still open, not resolved. At this point.lost £380

The items I ordered were fine, not great and kind of cheap, but fine. The real issue was the customer service. Once I ordered I couldn't find any tracking info and it was almost impossible to contact the company, so I was worried I would never receive them but my order showed up eventually. The items were too big and I needed to return them and that's where the frustration really began. There is no number to call and no link for a return service, you have to email - which they don't always respond to. When I did get a response, they gave me the run around - providing return "tickets" with no additional information or addresses and then making me reply multiple times to emails to let them know the reason for the return and which items I wanted to return. Then, after days of correspondence and trying to get a reply, they offered to refund half of the price and let me keep the items - but I don't want to keep the items (I just want my money) so I asked again for an address. They sent a city, state, and zip but no street address. I still have no address. Keeping in mind that there's only a 15 day rerun window, it feels like the run around is calculated. When you read reviews on any website other than the Meetcurve website you realize this is a common occurrence and that this company is notorious for being difficult and offering horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Good delivery although maybe recommend NOT using Hermes! - was chucked over my back fence!, didnt know it was there until i went out in the back garden!

The suits were very nice! One did not fit and the return process is not very smooth. I decided to forgo the return for a coupon and very small credit.

Love the swimming suits but I ordered my normal size and it was a little small. The one piece wasn't quite long enough..

Kein Retoure Schein, reger e Mail Verkehr und die Gebühren für die Retoure soll ich noch selbst bezahlen. Seit einer Woche kann ich es nicht zurück schicken.

I didn't want to keep one of the three items, and requested to exchange it. The back and forth is causing me to go beyond the exchange date range, and they keep offering a partial credit instead of following through with the policy. First it was a $5 credit and a $5 off shipping, and now it's just a $14 credit. I am aware that I have to pay for the shipping to return, but at least offer free shipping on my next order. I loved the other two items, and I wanted no money back originally…just to exchange the $26.99 plus tax. This is within the USA, so I'm not sure why this is such a hassle.

Swimsuits are ok, but I ordered several as wasn't sure what style would suit me best. When I asked to return the other items, knowing I would need to pay the postage on the return, I asked three times for the full returns address in New York so I could get the parcel sent back. Each time I was met with a discount offer to just keep everything, even though several of the items did not suit me, but no full returns address. It was clear they were trying to make me returning the items as difficult as possible so in the end I just gave up, took the discount and will give the items to charity. WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!

Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt. I had a return and customer service was so helpful.

I ordered $70 worth of swimsuits and nothing fit the way I expected it to, so I initiated a return. I have gone back and forth with customer service over the course of about 10 days now trying to get them to give me the address to return items to, but they just keep offering me $30 refund instead. They are intentionally drawing out the process so it takes longer than 15 days to return the items, and then my refund is no longer valid. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Arrived quickly and checkout was not painful.

Items didn't fit although I ordered them in bigger size. They won't give me the address for the return and offer me 38€ instead…. Bad, bad service… you don't get your money back girls… order elsewhere

Buyer beware! This company has the worst refund process I have ever experienced. If you are not happy with your purchase and want to return your item they deter you from doing that by indicating that you have to pay for shipping. They ask you to keep the items and then offer you half of what you paid as a refund, however that refund takes for ever. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks now for my partial refund. Horrible customer service will NEVER buy from them again.

The products/items I brought were good quality they just didn't fit properly trying to return them was the nightmare. You have to email for approval and they offer you a part refund, I insisted I wanted a full refund and happy to send clothes back. 2 more times they offer you a part refund.
I don't understand why it's such an issue, as you hear the cost to return yourself. Terribly poor in my opinion and would not use site again.

I felt very pleased after receiving my order. The quality of the material is quite nice compared to other suits I've had before. And the netting on the inside is a very nice touch. I can tell this swimsuit will last me a while.
