Ordered a bikini worth fifty pounds which didn't fit brilliantly- wanted to return it only to be told that the only place I can send it back was to America and therefore would I just accept a partial refund instead. The company basically kept avoiding the issue of a full refund to the point where I believe this is a scam- luckily my bank were able to give me a full refund and they're now looking into the company as fraudulent. Pathetic customer service.

Bought 5 bathing suits and 2 bathing suits bottoms. I didn't like any of them. Emailed company (following the instructions). Customer service has not sent me the address, where I ca send back the items. I have sent now 5 emails and still not received the address. Called the company of the credit card and told them I am disputing the charge. They were very shocked about this.
I ordered a bathing suit top, and it is really pretty. I wish the brought in the bathing suit were deeper for my breasts but it's still nice. The only issue was that standard shipping took about a month.

The return process has been difficult
Extremely poor customer service, I do not recommend Meet Curve. Returns are not possible. Do not purchase anything.
My swim suits do not fit they are way too short and the customer service rep is bargains with me about getting a refund. Thinks like… keep all suits and give to your friends and I'll give you 30$ back. My bill is 135 usd. Next time she messaged back it's another bargain, keep the suits and I'll give you 50$ back!
How bout I send them all back and you give me ALl My Money back! I'm so disappointed!
The sizes I got didn't fit just right. So I wanted to exchange them. But it is proofing impossible to do.

They advertise they do returns within 15 days however upon immediate arrival of my order, I reached out for return instructions because none of the pieces fit. I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to get a hold of someone to give me the return address so I can send everything back. When they do finally respond they give me the run around and try to convince me to keep items for partial credit. This issue is still pending. Total scam.
Can't return items. It is a fraudulent company that give fake return US address.
Great options and I did keep one suit and one pair of bottoms but when emailing customer service to try to return a top, they are giving me the run around and now won't even respond to me
