Wenn man Artikel zurück geben möchte, soll man den Support per Mail kontaktieren. Eine Antwort erhält man daraufhin nicht. Ware muss wohl auf eigene Kosten in die USA verschickt werden. Ob man das Geld zurück bekommt ist fraglich

They advertise they do returns within 15 days however upon immediate arrival of my order, I reached out for return instructions because none of the pieces fit. I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to get a hold of someone to give me the return address so I can send everything back. When they do finally respond they give me the run around and try to convince me to keep items for partial credit. This issue is still pending. Total scam.

Can't return items. It is a fraudulent company that give fake return US address.

Fit was right for me but nothing wrong with the product.

Great options and I did keep one suit and one pair of bottoms but when emailing customer service to try to return a top, they are giving me the run around and now won't even respond to me

Impossible to return goods. Nowhere that I saw did it say they were not a French company so now I have taken an offer from yourselves and am left with the costumes that are huge.

Their site lists returns being available, after approval from site within 18 business days from delivery being received. I had to email 3 times before receiving a response, I was told I'd have to ship back at my own expenses and they still would not give me a complete address. I was offered 15$ back and a 5$ credit to the site to keep the item. The item does not fit me as I"m too tall for their bathing suits, I only ordered from the site because they listed returns being possible. I had to file a claim through pay pal to get a response from by questions about a 15$ refund. My purchase was almost 60$ and I did not agree with keeping an un usable item for not even half the cost I paid for it. It's hard to get a hold of anyone there and they take 2-3 days to respond. Please be weary the return process is not great. Item quality is good so if you don't have to return you might have a better experience.

THEY DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS! After months of going back and forth with this company they finally gave me a return address. I spent alot of money to send this crap back to China, never received money back. No money back, no order, plus the shipping cost equals alot of money that they scammed me out of! Terrible company, customer service sucks and clothes are junk. Run the other way...

I SO love your clothes, and they fit great! Just very worrisome that the tracking number wouldn't work, and it's coming all the way from China. At first I thought I was being scammed! And then it took your company over 24 hours to email me back regarding this issue. It literally told me on the track shipment page that the number didn't work. You did email me after I received my package, and all is well. But I did pay for express shipping, and I had no contact with y'all until after I received my package.

Shipping was expensive. Suit didn't fit and it was such a hassle to return it! Customer service said to email with a return request. It always took 1-2 days for someone to get back to me and they would never actually give me the return address like they said they would. Shipping on returned items is not free but I was willing to pay to send it back. I went back and forth about 4-5 times and still never got the address. They offered me a $7 credit and a $5 coupon if I just kept the suit. When I expressed how frustrated I was with them for still not giving me the return address, they offered a $15 credit to just keep the suit and STILL DID NOT GIVE ME THE RETURN ADDRESS. I didn't really want to just keep the suit and receive a partial credit, but they really were just not willing to take the suit back even though they said at the beginning that they would if I paid the shipping. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Will not buy from them again. Also, the suit ran really small and didn't even come close to fitting even though they advertised it to be made for plus sized and I ordered my regular size. Why make returns so difficult for a bathing suit you buy online? Wouldn't you think that a lot of people would need to return because their suits don't fit right because they can't try them on first?

I've had 5 offers now for a partial refund even though I have requested the refund address 5 times and a refund in full. Item was way too small. Ordered 3XL and couldn't get up it over my legs. You have to pay for the return postage to America yourself, but that's only when they decide to give you the return address after numerous partial refund offers. Still waiting on the return address...
I will never order again due to sizing being so off and due to the difficulty in returning goods.

None of the items I ordered fit, even though I ordered my normal size. I ordered swimwear. The tops were horribly small, and very short. I have tried to contact Meet Curve many times for the address for returns, and have not received it. The website says to contact them for an address for returns--that the items are not to be returned to the address they were shipped from. I cannot return the items if they will not provide an address to do so.

Overall amazing! Shipping could be a little faster but overall great!

Can seem to get an address and return authorization. They keep trying to get me to keep the item with is to large.

The suits were too short and didn't fit properly. I contacted support several times and I still can't get the full address to return the suits. They will only give the city, state and area code. Very frustrating!
