Easy to checkout, pay for and got to me in a timely manner.

I have given up on trying to exchange my suits. I have contacted this company at least 3 times trying exchange for a smaller size.
When I finally got an address to ship the bathing suits back for an exchange it was incomplete. The post office would not ship the package because there was no street address.
Look the suits are great and pretty. But the customer service is terrible. I'm going to try and find a tailor to get mine taken in. More money spent.

Ordering and reviving my swim suit was easy. I only ran in to trouble after washing it. On the first wash both cup underwires broke while washing which was pretty disappointing considering the suit was $60

Items are such good quality! They are really flattering and have so many different style options! The order also came very quickly too. Overall, am very happy :)

I bought a few different types of swimsuits (7 full suits and one extra pair of bottoms) hoping they would all work out, but needed to return 4 of the suits due to them not fitting in a way that I feel comfortable. I did keep 3 swim suits, the extra bottoms and a coverup and they are good quality. The problem is with returns. You have to email to receive the return address and be authorized to return. I reached out 9 days ago and have still not received the full return address. The return window is only 15 days so I am SUPER frustrated. I have gotten responses (3 total) but am being pushed to accept a half refund and $5 coupon to keep the items. Why would I keep items that I cannot wear? The address that I was sent is just a city and state in the US. You can't send a package to a city. I will not shop again as returns are SUCH a hassle and it feels scammy.

Found thru Instagram great style choices. Loved the variety.

I have not found the return experience helpful. I am still waiting on the system to send me a shipping label so that I can return an item that did not fit. The return process seems very inconvenient.

For returns is too slow an outdated. Still waiting on response to start the return process. Wont buy from you again because of this.

The red swim suite had no top; the one piece suite had no bottoms. I was very disappointed in the company order

I was leery of swimsuit shopping online, especially from a company I hadn't shopped before. The suits arrived in a reasonable amount of time and they fit beautifully! Great material, good quality.

Loved the item. 1 took a size up and it proved to be a good idea as it fitted perfectly.

If it fits you are great. Wonderful quality but if you need to make a return there is no help and lots of frustration. I can't get anyone to help me. I have no idea if I will get my money back.

I am trying to return items that did not fit and have been forced into reviewing my purchase before they will process my return.

I have attempted to work with customer service to return my items, as they absolutely do not fit, even when ordering a size larger than the website even recommends. I have requested information on a refund and they have wasted my time, not answering my questions and providing other useless information. I will never purchase from this company again. I hope somebody gets back to me so I can continue processing my return with all the information needed
