Received the product in very good time and it was great quality, however, the fit wasn't quite right so requested to return it the same day. This is when I ran into problems. The return policy is only to one address - in the USA and the cost of return would be mine. I did read I would have to pay for costs to return but not to the USA.
I first requested to return the items on 31st May and am still waiting on confirmation of address or decision on refund.
Such a shame as the product I tried on was of very good quality. I just wish the returns policy was the same!

I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. The swimsuit didn't fit, the quality wasn't great and the company will not provide a return address. They send email responses which are automated, asking for unnecessary details such as a photo. I've also had 'offers' to repay 25% of the original purchase price - still no return address. Even if I managed to get this, their delays in responding will probably now mean I'm out of time for their very tight window of 15 days from receipt of goods. Very sharp practice - avoid purchasing like the plaque!
I ordered two bikini tops, one tankini top, and a bikini bottom. The bottom and the tankini top are great, I am very happy with those. The two bikini tops do not fit, and I am trying to return them. I have tried to contact Meet Curve three times in the past three days, and I have not heard back yet.
The swimsuit I ordered was too big and cost me over £40. The returns have to go to USA (not the UK) and so I have elected to take their 'offer' of £8 refund. So unless you are sure about the item you are ordering and the size, don't bother! I only ordered from them because of the UK address and therefore ease of returns...

This bathing suit is awesome! Well made, looks great and fits well. I never like bathing suits and this is the first one that I immediately liked.
Would love to give a positive review because the suits are cute. However one is just a really strange fit and the other is really big in the bottoms but workable. Both fabric content lists were inaccurate. If I want to return I need to apply for permission and pay shipping after sending a photo of the merch. Not worth the hassle.
I have had several emails with customer service, they have refused to give me an address to mail my returns (2 tankini tops #******* & *******) back. They offered me $10 in return for me to keep the items and a five dollar coupon for a future purchase. I would like a full refund and to mail the items back, I am fine with it being at my expense but I would like the entirety of my money back which is approximately $80 not $10. I am forwarding all of the emails and receipts to begin a class action lawsuit, they clearly show that Customer service is refusing to refund my money by withholding an address to ship my return to. They have 3 times after me requesting the address for shipping my return answered me with a. $10 offer and a $5 coupon toward my next purchase. I want a full refund for these items. This is unacceptable.
I ordered two bathing suit tops and a cover up. One of the bathing suit tops was acceptable, the other did not have any breast support. I need that support. The tops fit per the sizing chart (xl), but the coverup ran much smaller. I have been trying to return the cover up and top since I received them, but it takes days for an agent to respond and they won't provide the return address and keep offering shopping credit rather than a refund. I started requesting the return/refund on June 3. Today is June 14 and I still have no return address.
Unfortunately I didn't see the reviews before I purchased but you have to contact customer service to make a return and they purposely don't respond to you so that you cannot make the return! I've reached out 3 times now and each time I get a confirmation that they've received my request but never get a response. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company if they don't respond before the 15 day return window closes.

Asked for a return, given (unknowingly) half an address and told to send tracking number. Which I do. Then say I wasn't given the full address! No response back from the email I then sent afterward. Poor poor service. Also poor service in the fact no mention of international returns!

I've been trying for over a week to obtain return instructions and I keep getting offered partial refund amounts. It's literally taken me 4 or 5 attempts to get the return instructions. So crazy! I'm will definitely warn my friends about meet curve's return process.
Despite using the Canada section of their website, my pkg was delivered to USA. But that was not the issue! My issue was the automated responses with none of the information I had requestes (i.e tracking number, eta, phone number i could call. Their messages appeared as though they had not read my requests at all, it was robotic like text which leads me to wonder if there was an actual person on the other end. I asked for the pkg to be re routed and I would pay the additional shipping, 6 weeks later and I still don't have it! Now they are advising me again the pkg was returned bc of the address and would I like a refund minus shipping...as if we hadn't had this conversation weeks ago. Now I have to wonder if I will ever see a refund!
