Asked for a return, given (unknowingly) half an address and told to send tracking number. Which I do. Then say I wasn't given the full address! No response back from the email I then sent afterward. Poor poor service. Also poor service in the fact no mention of international returns!

I've been trying for over a week to obtain return instructions and I keep getting offered partial refund amounts. It's literally taken me 4 or 5 attempts to get the return instructions. So crazy! I'm will definitely warn my friends about meet curve's return process.
Despite using the Canada section of their website, my pkg was delivered to USA. But that was not the issue! My issue was the automated responses with none of the information I had requestes (i.e tracking number, eta, phone number i could call. Their messages appeared as though they had not read my requests at all, it was robotic like text which leads me to wonder if there was an actual person on the other end. I asked for the pkg to be re routed and I would pay the additional shipping, 6 weeks later and I still don't have it! Now they are advising me again the pkg was returned bc of the address and would I like a refund minus shipping...as if we hadn't had this conversation weeks ago. Now I have to wonder if I will ever see a refund!

My experience has been very bad. When returning the product from my country I could not return it. In the return policy, it is not well explained. The costs are borne by the client but are more than €40. A theft.

The swimsuit fit very well and is very flattering. I was also pleasantly surprised with the quality of it for the low price. I am very happy with this purchase!

I found both bathing suits cute, BUT for me too short in the torso. So end result was not that flattering.
I have been trying to complete a return of your products since I received them on June 6th. All I keep getting is blanket responses asking me to just do a partial credit. I want to return these items! When they finally said ok, they didn't provide a complete address, just the city and zip code. What is the problem with this company? I read your return policy and it states that I can get a refund but I need to pay the shipping. I am prepared to do so but your company won't allow me to. WHY?

The products took longer than usual online products to arrive. So I had left for my holiday before they arrived. I didn't bother reading delivery times, I assumed it would only be 4-5 days at the most. So my fault. But they could make it more obvious for overseas customers.
The quality of the swimdtesses seem really good though. But the underwire are a complete waste of time. They need to be redesigned. No support at all. The wire is pointless. Just makes my boobs stick out the side, and hand low.
We also have to pay for returns, to overseas. We only get 14 days, but they have to approve the return and email with a code and address. I've been waiting over 3 days now for them to reply but not heard back. And it's not leaving me long to post them back out to wherever they came from. Which is bad! They aren't very transparent with their terms & conditions, and no return delivery address is bad.
So no, I wouldn't recommend the products or company.

One of the swimming costume underwires was sticking out of the fabric when item was received and could not be put back in place. There was not enough fabric to cover it. Had to pull it out as wire was stabbing me when I put the costume on. Waiting for the other underwire to come through the fabric soon as it is overstretched over the wire. Leaving for overseas otherwise would have returned item. It was faulty.
