The bathing suits are nice but they do not
Fit. I have had a horrible experience trying to return them. I would rate that a zero. I still have not received an address to return them to to get refunded.

I kept seeing adverts for this company and gave into temptation ordering two styles. The delivery took a while with no tracking, however when arrived the swimsuits fitted really well and I felt so comfortable in them. I am yet to test them out prior to my upcoming holiday bit can't wait to wear them.

Sent email to customer service regarding return. Took awhile to respond. Once responded didn't supply return information. Offered partial refund. I responded I was not interested. Asked for return address. Once again they responded with partial refund amount. Still no return address information. Waiting…….I feel like the process is being delayed so that I miss the return deadline

Love both xL and 2x fits. XL fit perfectly but I'm keeping the 2x because I love it too! (I was planning on sending the less fitting one back)

Items that did not fit me and the company is not giving me the correct info to return the items in a timely manner and keep offering me partial refund, coupons, telling me to gift the items to my friends instead. I just wanted to return the items and get a refund.

It took awhile to get it but it's really cute. Has short sleeves which covers my flabby arms! It has an open midsection which is very cute!

Overall I was happy with my order however not so happy with the fact I wanted to return one item and I was told I'd get a partial return to keep the item and a $5.00 coupon to use with my next order. I feel the partial credit of $2.00 was ridiculous. I responded to possibly give me half or something more and never what's back or even received the $5.00 coupon. Disappointed with the cs.

Hi, the three pieces that I order did not fit. If you reimburse half of my order, I won't be wearing them. I would of like free return and reimbursement.

Worst experience I've ever had shopping on line. Order was placed for vacation swimsuits. Order never arrived. Communication was horrible. Just an apology but no reason or update and no refund. Will never shop here again and will not recommend

The suits that I ordered were the wrong size and I wanted to return them. I followed the direction for the return service and sent them an email to get the return address. They never sent me an email back with it just trying to get me to keep the suits. So I am about 6 emails in and still no return address and no hopes of getting my money back. Worst customer service ever. Now they have completely stopped emailing me and won't answer.

The swim suit is the correct size, like the colors, and how it fits.

I have never shopped with less confidence. I requested. A return and they bargained with me over the amount saying it would be very hard for them if I actually returned the item. Complete sham.
