Overall the experience was good and I will but again in the future, but I will be weary regarding the sizing of the swimwear. Overall I found them to be quite short in the torso so will be returning these ones. I look forward to trying them again in the future
The worst customer service in a company. They tell you that you have a small amount of time to return a product but they take 4 days to e-mail you and don't even give you all the information. So then you have to keep waiting another 4 days. I will never buy from this company again
I have been waiting for 7 days for someone to respond to my support ticket. The bathing suits don't fit and I am trying to get a return authorization. They only have a 15 day return window and no one is getting back to me. I just submitted my fourth request. I am NEVER buying from meetcurve.com again.
I did not realize that these swimsuits were coming from China - they took a while to be delivered. Two of the suits I ordered fit perfectly. I also ordered a tankini top which DOES NOT fit as described. I contacted Meet.Curve via email as instructed in their exchange / return policy and have yet to get any further information about returning said top. I reached out on Facebook messenger as well DAYS ago and haven't heard anything back.
Overall the quality is there for the price and certainly they have a great selection. Be aware that if you're taller these suits will be a stretch. I am 5'11" and two of the five I ordered will work but aren't ideal. Also, the padded areas in the breast can be awkwardly shaped, so be aware of that.
I want to return my order but I have no response from the support team for the moment...

Looked through found 3 swim suits I liked. Ordered. They arrived but 2 of them didn't fit. No problem I will just return for a refund. How wrong was I! These 2 suits came to about £60 they wasn't going to agree to a return but offered me £18 to keep them. No thanks. They then agreed to £30 after lots of two and throwing this was over a week a go and I am still waiting! Now not responding to messages.
Products themselves are nice and well made etc it's just the customer service that is shocking!
I had ordered another bathing suit in my normal size and that was pretty snug around the arms so I went up one size (with no sleeves) and it for great.
The one bathing suit top has the wire completely busted and ripped through the seam. I'm not sure I am able to sew it back, so unable to wear most likely. Not enough time to return before I leave. Disappointed for sure.
I've been trying to connect with Customer Service in an open support return ticket for over a week. I've followed directions they requested and have yet to hear back regarding next steps in the return process so I can ship items back. They advised me reply to an email with pictures and sku numbers of items I'm returning so I can be sent the "return address" and then within 7 days given them a tracking number of my return items. That was over a week ago. I've since emailed multiple times. I'm not impressed and fear I'll need to dispute this with my CC company. Since submitting my request I've gotten multiple requests to leave a review and "confirm delivery". Not impressed.
I ordered 2 swimsuits, they arrived and there is no way they are the sizes advertised. I tried to get in contact with customer service so many times and ask how to return. Eventually I was advise that returns would be to USA and would be very expensive. Eventually I was offered a small refund and with some negotiation managed to get a 50% refund, not ideal at all.
