I ordered 3 bikinis. Loved 2 and want to return 1. It is impossible to get a response for my return. I requested a return the day after delivery and am being ignored. Shame about the service because I really liked the 2 bikinis that I kept. Be cautious if you are ordering more than one for choice as returning is very difficult

Ordered 3 swimming costumes - kept 2, wanted to return 1. Emailed customer service to request a refund (as instructed) and have been given the run around for 3 weeks now. Would not recommend and would not buy anything from this company again

I ordered 2 swimsuits in 2XL. But the length doesnt fit. So I liked to return the swimsuits. But after a lot of tries to contact the service of meet curve I finally got an answer that return (to New York!) is very complicated and they offered me a refund. But I resistet in returning the swimsuits. With every mail answer of the service, they offer a largish sum of money as refund. At least I agreed. But I had to wait up to 15 days until the refund was on my PayPal account.
Very disappointing. I never order things from meet curve again.

Shopping was fine and easy to follow getting hold of someone to return my item is difficult so far.

I'm not sure if I ordered only a top with one or I'm missing borrows. Either way the suits I got fit great.

The bathing suits are true to size and are great quality. I do wish it had a little more support in the bra area.

Took me almost a month to get my order which is ridiculous. The suits seem like they are decent quality though.

The website was user friendly. I found a number of suits I was interested in trying. I ordered a variety of suits to try. Out of the 10 I ordered I did not like the fit of 6 pieces. I have emailed twice about a return authorization and have yet to receive a response. Based on this alone, I will not be using curve again to order items. There are way too many other options out there for online shopping that have better return policies and more prompt customer service response time.

I purchased 2 swimsuits.purchase was very easy. Shipping time was ok.not super fast but not terrible! Both suits are beautiful! And true to size!. And the quality of the suits is great!. I am very impressed with the quality!.I am actually 100% satisfied with my purchase other than...communications!... I feel like that needs some work!

After looking on major sites. I still could not find exactly what I was looking for. In a google search I found meet curve and it had more options for curvy bodies.

I am good with placing the order and it shipping (took a while) but fine. None of the pieces fit and I would like to return the items. The first email offered me a credit to keep the items vs shipping back. I would like to send all the items back. I am a little frustrated as they want me to take a photo of the swim bottoms to prove they have not been worn. I did not even take them out of the bag. I am not opening the bag just to take a photo. I am waiting to find out what is next Why does it take so long to get a return to address?
