I ordered a swimsuit and it didn't fit me so I wanted to return it. I've sent an email to customer service department but haven't gotten back. The items are supposed to be returned within 15 days. It should be easier to return clothing.

I wish to return the goods but I've had no response

When I tried to get a refund they suggested partial credit & donate your merchandise

I requested a way to return it only to find out the shipping would cost me to return it. But as an alternative the rep offered me to keep it and only get a $12 refund with a $5 coupon to purchase another. The rep also asked if I had a better suggestion. In which I replied saying that I was interested in another suit but I think $5 discount was a bit small. I have not heard anything back. Replied multiple times and still nothing. So I can't even get my $12 back?

One was too small and one was too big. Ordered the size I always order.

I didn't receive my parcel due to the courier leaving in a unsecure area which they took full responsibility for yet meetcurve seem to want to ask me every email if I've received it yet, i advised them I had asked neighbours and no-one had seen it, yet next email was "have you received you parcel yet?". Couldn't find a number to call to actually talk to someone regarding this and the chat thing is useless!

I did receive my order, it took a really long time. Their sizing charts a little off, so my suggestion is to go a little bigger.

Very easy and quick. Good quality. Delivery was fast enough.

Ordered 3 bathing suits. All were poor quality and too small. Tried to initiate a return. No one will respond to my emails or give me a return address. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. Worst customer service experience ever.

Habe mir ein Bikini Oberteil bestellt. Habe alles abgemessen und mich an die Grössentabelle gehalten. Das Oberteil ist wunderschön, wie beschrieben, war allerdings doch etwas zu groß. Ich würde es gern zurücksenden und eine Nummer kleiner bestellen, doch leider muss man den Rückversand selber bezahlen. Das wird mir dann doch zu teuer.

Is my first time I hope they fit me I recibe my package very late I went vacations with no swimsuits

I ordered two bathing suit tops. One was too loose and one was too small. I could not figure out how to return my order online because it did not say it was "complete" even though it had been delivered. So I spoke with the chat bot and got an email confirmation that they would look into it. I then got an email from someone who said they would send me an address if I actually wanted to return it ( at my own shipping cost)or they could give me a discount an another order if I chose to keep them. I replied that I just wanted to return them and I gave not received a return address yet!

The swimsuits fit ok but don't offer support and I need to make exchanges or return. I emailed service as instructed but cannot get a response. This is frustrating!

Bathing fit excellent. Great quality. Exceeded my expectations

I was extremely skeptical but there aren't many options for "plus size" that are actually cute in person and good quality. This exceeded my expectations! The shipping takes a bit, but the fit is flattering and the quality is right there with name brands and far exceeds department stores! In clothes I am normally an xl in tops and 2x in bottoms, I ordered a 3x in both and it fits great with just a touch of wriggle room

I purchased two swim suits which were just slightly too small. I followed the instructions on the website in order to return/exchange them; however, I never got a response back so I was unable to return my items. I reached out 3 times over three weeks!

I've tried to email several times to return my items because they don't fit and I keep getting an email back trying to negotiate for me to keep the items and get partial return. Very upset

Nice material and color. I wish it was a little longer. Wasn't impressed that next time i saw it it was cheaper.

I placed my order and waited for it to arrive.(took longer than expected, but arrived) I tried on the suits the same day they arrived. Unfortunately they did not fit well and I immediately followed the instructions to initiate a return, at this point I was contemplating an exchange for a different size or style hoping the fit would be better, but also knowing it may not work due to a scheduled vacation, I wasn't sure the new suits would arrive in time. I waited 2 days and when I had not received a reply I sent another message. I finally got replies to both( automated same exact email) asking if I wanted to return. Again I reply back sane day saying yes I do want a return. Again waited 3 days until I finally got another automated reply asking if I was really sure I wanted to return. Again yes I would! Send the email reply and here I am still waiting! By the time I get an address to send the returns to I will probably be on vacation and unable to send then or it will then be outside the return window and I am sure they will find a way to make screw me and make me keep the suits that don't fit!
