Even though I fit 3X, I ordered 4X knowing that I could take them in. After trying on one of the suits, not only was it too tight, it was too short in body length and very uncomfortable. Also I was not pleased that the cut showed so much hip, that the skirt length was so different front and back. I ordered swim dresses for the skirt. I am 69 and my goal is not to show off my skin, a skirt is to show off my figure while covering my hips and the top omy large legs.
It was ok, but I've yet to see a credit for the items that I wanted to return.
I bought several tops in same size and all have a tad different fit feel.
I contacted your services to return some articles in this order. And the response was "we can refund 30€ and you keep the articles". But i don't want that. The articles i want to return cost me 60€. In the Terms àd Conditions of your website it is possible to return some articles and get a refund. I agree to pay for the shipping. Or you refund me 60€ and I keep them.

I bought two swimsuits & they both fit pretty snug but I don't mind it. I usually wear an XL & that's what I ordered. Not sure if I went up a size I would like the fit better. Shipping took longer than I hoped it would.
The site works well. However the product I received looks nothing like what I received. It looks cheap, like a bra with swim material tied (literally) to it.
I love the products so much! But this is my 2nd summer to order and both times it has taken soooooooooooooooooo long to receive them. That part is a little frustrating.
I am a 3X and I love my bathing suits! Its not too baggy in the butt or too tight its just perfect. The whole suit fits me so well and supports my boobs so good!
The sizing is a little funny, but they said you could return/exchange. From my first email with customer service I could tell I would never get an exchange and I would be lucky to get the two items that don't fit returned. On $30 worth of stuff they offered me $5 to just keep it - to save me return shipping. Had to ask for the return address multiple times.
Product was returned last week and still no contact about when I can expect a refund. Will probably have to dispute with my credit card company.
Very pleasantly surprised at how well all the suits fit. My only complaint might be that I wish the bathing suit shorts were made of a little thicker material. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchases.

Customer service is terrible, with the return address being in the USA and having to pay for return shipping cost. Also it takes very long for customer service to respond and they keep hammering on taking a partial refund.
