I've emailed three times to ask where to send it and they have given me 3 different "ticket numbers " but no address

I went up a size in all and they are all still to small. I have items from last season and they are the same size that I purchased this time. Need to work on comparable sizing information to other plus size stores to help with sizing.

Slow to receive and I cannot get return details! Awful experience.

I am still waiting for a return address. One of the suits I purchased was too big.

Shipping took waaaay too long and the updates weren't accurate.

I'm trying to make a return that has been a frustrating process. The swim suits have a good fit, although I feel like the models could be less "model" and more real curve!

I am on the smaller side of the size medium and was not sure if these bathing suits would work for me. But I am around an F cup and these fit me like a dream. I have recommended this site to all my curvy friends!

I ordered two tankini tops on June 3rd. Shipping takes forever, didn't receive them until 13 days later. Tried them on, the tops have molded cups sewn into them that make your boobs look like they are pointing towards your armpits. I emailed customer service to ask how to return my order. It took 3 days for them to respond, and all they offered me was store credit. I said, no, I want a refund - tell me how to return the items. No answer. Three emails later - still no answer. Finally after 6 more days I get a response from customer service still trying to get me to keep them and take store credit. Instead of giving me the full address where I can return my items to, they only gave me the city, state and zip code. No street address, nothing. I'm still waiting for a response. I've now just decided to dispute the charge with my bank. The products are poorly made, poorly designed and run small and short. You'll never be able to return anything. I would never purchase from them again and recommend not to use them. Terrible experience.

Took longer to receive than I had expected and tracking was not very good.

I never received a bathing suit top. I emailed and was asked if I still had the outside packaging which I did not. I sent photos of the tops I did get and the order and the missing top. I stopped hearing back and still am out about $25 because they won't refund or send a replacement. They messed up by not sending me my item but I'm the one paying for it. Very disappointed

I ordered super cute tankinis and 1 piece totaling over $100! I got confirmation of my oder...even a tracking number but that's where this gets really confusing: my tracking number was given to our local processing service for USPS but the package never arrived? Tried to contact support and here's what I got: "your ticket has been created". Was there follow up on my ticket? NO. Was there a service rep who reached out? NO. Was there a phone number to call? NO.
THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD. Do not purchase anything from here.

I place the order it was shipped relatively quickly, and the product came in a timely manner. The sizing unfortunately is not true to size and run smaller than what is listed in the description. Neither of the products I ordered fit me even a little which is unfortunate because it states a plus size option.

I bought some swimsuits from
Meet curve, they are too tight and the lighter colour ones are see through. I want a refund but they will not provide me with the shipping address for me to send the products back and get a refund. Their customer service is so slow to reply to emails. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer care.

I would like to return the products as they are the wrong fit. They are in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging. I was informed that the returns address is in the USA which would mean expensive postage. This is not acceptable if the company delivers in the UK. The alternative refund or discount offered was entirely unacceptable.

Went based off the sizing chart, unfortunately everything was way big on me.

Return policy was far too complicated. Ended up giving the items to my sister as the fit was small.

First time I have ordered multiple clothing items and they all fit beautifully by following the size chart. Very flattering!

Their customer service isn't great. They are great getting back to you ASAP that you can't cancel your order, but if you want to return things it takes forever.

I've been emailing customer service every day to try to get a return label, and I have not received anything from them. I am nearing my return deadline and fear that I am just out of the money. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
