I am very frustrated with your company. I have asked for a return address several times to get a refund. I have taken pictures of the swimsuits and emailed them. Still no response for a return address. Most horrible experience.

It was easy looking at all the product and finding what I want. I wish the models were more variety in size of models so I could see how it looked on different sizes. The sizing was very confusing, I ordered my normal size I wear and it was too small.

Do not order from this site as they are scammers. I tried to cancel my order minutes after placing it so I could get refunded and they told me it was too late. Order had gone which was not true

Very poor, very dissatisfied...unable to make contact with customer service, I had to contact my credit card company to intervene.

Thieves: unable to obtain my return label. Very poor quality products.

Both swimsuits were affordable but upon trying on one seemed to fit much better than the other despite being the same size and style. On the one that fitted better, however, the wires have started to poke through the front of the bra on the inside, after just 2/3 wears. I'm not too disappointed as to buy similar from a well known brand would have cost me more than double, and they're fine for a holiday wear

Never received my products, almost a month later. I've sent in emails to support asking about my purchase with no response.

After looking through the website, I made two bathing suit purchases. I purchased because the website stated that exchanges could be made in the event the suits do not fit.

When I initiated the exchange process, they said they could only give me a partial refund and to keep the suits that do not fit.

I'm short, I'm out $45 and now have to suits that do not fit.

My daughter ordered this bathing suit for me. It arrived very quickly and I am pleased with the product.
We will order again My only surprise was that the charge was in Euros.

Awful, not what I would call a shop for curvy women.

I cannot return items. They are not responding to requests. Refusing to refund me. Do not buy from them. Scam.

The Order arrived relatively quickly. But the Return does Not work at all. I habe until now (3 weeks) still in Return Documents. Habe written countless Mails, and except that i have the Ticket Number from the Mail, nothing has happend. I will have to open a case with Paypal. Never Order there again.

Suit arrived fine, but when I used the email address provided the same day, as it didn't fit, I have had radio silence ever since. You need to buy a size larger than your usual size if your bust is big. I would have been happy with a swap but now just want a refund. An email confirming they are busy and will get back to me would difficult didn't even get that.
The suit itself was good quality so would have been value for money if I could wear it.

Lots of choices. I will say that this swimsuit runs about one size too small. I'd just order up next time.

It's been really hard to get ahold of the customer support team. The return policy says it needs to be sent within 15 days of the delivery date and I'm concerned that the delay in their responsiveness will cause this order to be ineligible.

Worse customer service. I wanted to return bathings suits and you have to email them. After several attempts, they say can we give you a percentage back and you can keep the products! I can't fit them …
After 3 emails of that … still no refund..
