My order didn't arrive on time for vacation. They were here when I made it home and the quality is great. The white color I'm one of my items was actually a dingy yellow so, not really happy about that. But, overall, great products!

I have sent two emails trying to return my items and have gotten no response.

The quality of the swimsuit bottoms were very cheap

The products are nice just didn't fit. Their returns policy asks you to email them for the return address. I've emailed 4 times now over 9 days and I still don't have the address to return the items to. The communication is terrible. I will not buy from them again as this is too much hassle.

It took way too long for my order to arrive and it finally moved only after I filed a dispute with my credit card. Until then my emails to the company went unanswered and they answered within a few hours of the filing of the dispute. After over a week of no movement on the tracking information, my order was delivered two days after I filed the dispute. I am very happy with the swimsuits I ordered.

I bought a swimsuit from you which did not fit as your sizing is not good. Wanted to return this and although I emailed three times I never got a straight answer. All I wanted was a returns label or an address to send it back to get a refund. It doesn't seem that your company offers the service. I will be honest I have told people not to use your company very very disappointed.

I have been trying to place an order for over two weeks now and could never get my payment to go through. Your service department is so slow at responding and the response is not even helpful! It's like you either don't want my money or could care less if I order.

I was delighted to see a site with actual plus-sized models, so figured I would give it a try. Not only are the prices great, the products are good quality and well-made, and I LOVE them! I can honestly say that in 50 years I have never once liked how I look in a swimsuit, and now I have two of them that I cannot wait to wear at the pool or beach! Unbelievable!

Shipping took longer than expected by over a week. Then we I received them, none of the pieces fit as expected for the sizes. I sent a customer support request about returning and have not heard back.

I've been trying to return these suits with no answers

The swimwear isnt suited for bigger people even if it claims to be fitted. Everything was too small but when you try to Contact the customer service u dont reach anyone helpful. Really hard to contact. You have to ship your cloth on own costs to usa to get a bit of a refund, if even that! This is such a RIP OFF! DONT EVER BUY THERE! The cloth isnt worth it. Still waiting on my refund.

Items arrived and was too small. Emailed 3 time to get the address to send items back. 10 days later and passed the return period they contact me. But I had already put in a dispute with PayPal and got my money back.

I received 3 swim suits that I had ordered. I was never able to access the tracking information. They came to my community mail box and I opened them right away. Same day I emailed customer service as I needed to return 2 of the 3 suits. They would not provide a return mailing address for 8 days. They kept trying to offer me a $5 credit and 30 or 60 percent refund if I kept the items. They have ghosted me now 3 days since providing the return address. I provided the tracking number and photos of my return. I had to deal with them through Facebook Messenger because they were not responding to emails. I messaged Monday and it's now Wednesday and they haven't even read my message. They also responded in an email and provided a totally different rerun address but o KY the city and state but no actual address. This was a totally different state. Horrible customer service. I will never order from this company again.

I purchased a bathing suit. I've been waiting for an email for over a week now to try and return it/exchange it there is no contact phone number to talk to anybody and I'm running out of time to be able to return it or so I would say, I'm not that impressed and communication needs to be a little better on your side for customer service. I am still waiting for my return instructions/address to send it back to.

Most of the items in my purchase do not fit as expected and cannot handle support for dense/heavy breasts. In trying to return these items, the customer support has been extremely slow and unwilling to share proper details for the return.

After my initial request, it took 5 days to get a response. And this response did NOT include the delivery instructions for a return. I sent more information and it took another 2 days for a response where they asked me to take a coupon and partial refund, and they only sent a city, not a full address for the return.

The products are excellent - but I am still trying to return one item which is the wrong size, and am having no luck with this! Communication is not consistent and this is making it almost impossible for me to return an item.

Billige Ware und eine Katastrophe wenn man die Artikel zurück schicken möchte! Emails hin und her es werden Gutscheine im Wert von 5€ angeboten und eine Erstattung von 34€ wenn man den Ramsch behält bei einer Rechnung von 200€. Es war ein Fehler dort was zu bestellen! Werde ich jedem von abraten! Ich zahle die Rechnung und verkaufe den Mist auf dem Flohmarkt wo es wohl auch herkommt.

The shipping confimatins showed a different product than I order. I did receive the correct product but wanted to return it and the instructions to return it is very confusing. I ended up just keeping the product (which is what they want customers to do) because it takes 2 to 5 days to recieve an email reply and was wasting to much of my time.
