The products seems well made. Unfortunately I haven't been able to test them, because there is not enough u der bust band to keep my 36I boobs from falling out the bottom. For a company that specializes in curves, it would be nice for them to accommodate a bigger chest w a better bra design. Unfortunately the cost to exchange the item is not worth it.
Communication is very limited and slow
Difficult return items so I decided to re purchase new items and return the original items to help speed up the process. It takes forever to get items shipped.

This will be kinda long so summary: vague responses/instructions, slow response times, horrible customer service and return/exchange system. Included pictures are of their email response, exchange policy, and the item I'm trying to exchange.
First time customer. I ordered 3 items from them a tankini top, bottoms, and a one piece June 4th; received my order June 21st, it took a while to get but it does day 7-15 business days. As soon as I got it I tried my items on the one piece and bottoms fit but the tankini top is to big so I emailed their customer service to start the exchange prices. Got an email same day saying ticket number (along with that number) has been created. That was all it said. The site says to not return it to the address it shipped from and that they'll give you an address. So I thought there might be a separate/ follow up email with the address and instructions on how to send it back to them (at your own expense and you also have to pay the shipping for the exchange item), I waited a few days and nothing. I emailed them June 25th asking what's next and how do I return/exchange this. They emailed back today, June 29th, with what has to be a generic/computer automated response saying to take pictures of the tags and crotch sticker and clear bag packaging (again this is a tankini top), no address, and offering a different option of a partial $5 refund and a $5 coupon towards my next purchase. Oh and they are putting the cart before the horse because they are sure to include that they I need send them the tracking number within 7 days of receiving the address, which feels like I'm in a hostage situation trying to get. Their return/exchange policy is quite vague on their site and their customer service response emails are even more vague. I don't like ordering clothes online because being a plus size woman can be difficult to find things that fit and prefer trying things on before purchasing and I don't like dealing with trying to exchange items. Their customer service has been very impersonal, vague, slow, and unhelpful. I will most likely go with the option they gave me because I feel like if I do the exchange the summer will be over before I get my item even tho I feel it will be mid to late July by the time they give me my "partial refund/coupon" and reorder.

I am trying to return my order, asked for the address for returns at least 8-10 times now. They will not give me the address! I've been trying for 2 weeks now & there policy states you have to return items within 7 days or receiving them. How are you supposed to do that when they refuse to give you the address to ship them to? I will NEVER order anything from them again!
I will never shop with this company again, the customer service is appallingly slow to non existent and I'm still waiting for them to send me an address to which I can return part of my order 13days after my first request to do so.
They fit so nice and hide all my curves I feel confident in a bathing suit again. After two kids I didn't think it was possible thank you so much.

If you actually take your measurements as it describes on the size guide on the website, you are more likely to get the correct size. I had my mom do my measurements and we figured out a large would be best for me and they fit almost perfectly!

I've email twice for instructions on how to return your product due to wrong sizing. I only got an email with zero instructions. The second time I emailed it has been radio silence. No customer service reaching out to help me out. I love the product, but customer care is not there.
Costumes came and were nice but didn't fit. I emailed company same day to say I needed to return them. I got 2 emails back trying to convince me to keep them at a discount price. Obviously they don't fit so even if they were free I wouldn't want them. I have sent 15 emails since asking for a return address as I have sent them pictures of the unworn costumes and agreed to paying for the return and they do not reply at all. It's been over a week with no reply - the company is a complete con.
