The items I ordered did not fit. Too small. Not sure if I want to try again.

After reading some of the negative reviews on this site, I was afraid after ordering 4 bathing suits, it would just be money down the drain. My order just arrived after 12 days (to Canada) and I couldn't be more pleased. They all fit perfectly, were lovely colours and packaged neatly in the original packaging. Because of the negative comments, I had started watching and tracking my order each day after it was processed. I was concerned as the payment had come out of my card the minute I placed the order. I knew where it was every day and what was happening. It arrived just as the tracking info indicated. I personally was impressed with my order and the way it was processed and shipped. I would definitely not hesitate to order again from Meetcurve and I am sure I will be ordering again. You have to be careful when ordering on-line. It is nice to have such a nice selection of swimwear for larger sized women and a reputable company to be able to order from. I am very pleased.

Items did not fit so requested a refund. Finally got a reply after 3 days to offer me a partial refund of 42% to keep the items. Refused and was offered 68% refund after another 2 days. Refused and only then was provided with full return delivery address to find company was US based and would have cost be £35 to return items as they require tracked post. I then requested the partial refund and I've now been ignored for 1 week.

Apparently a review is required for a return. So, one star.

Ich habe mir mehrere Teile zur Auswahl bestellt und habe schnell festgestellt, daß das meiste mir nicht passt. Service angeschrieben. Schnell kam die Antwort mit bitte um Fotos der Bestellung seitdem keine Antwort. Nun 6 Tage warte ich auf eine Adresse für die Retoure.

The sizing does not match the chart. Customer service is slow to respond and makes it nearly impossible to do a return. Spent $13 on shipping and it took over 2 weeks to arrive and have to pay my own shipping to return. I'm extremely disappointed in the #Customer Service.

Was a little worried that my order will not come or that it wouldn't fit but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in a timely manner and was great quality and was a perfect fit. It makes me feel good to wear a bathing suit again and feel comfortable to go to my aqua fitness class. I had stop going because I felt to expose in my other bathing suits and had to wear a T-shirt on top. I will be going back because now I feel good about the fit of my bathing suits. I also bought a cover up that I really like. I sent messages to customer service at Meetcurve and I was very well taken care of. Made me feel at ease. Responsible company I will by again from this company.

My order arrived the day before I went on holiday, my fault for not realising it was an American company

I have contacted them more than 10 times and they will not provide me with a return address to return the items.

Shocking, the refund process is disgusting I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing. Would never purchase anything again and never recommended to anybody not even my enemies.

Die Größe stimmt leider nicht. Ich habe XXL bestellt, habe Cup Größe B und trotzdem wird die Brust unschön eingequetscht, der Mesh-Einsatz verliert komplett die Form und der Stoff riecht wie frisch aus einer Ölraffinerie. Schade, dass hier mit der Hoffnung stärkerer Frauen gespielt wird.

Ordered 3 items, checked returns policy before ordering. Kept 2 and still trying to return a third. Been offered £7 refund for a £32 set! Don't order

Bad customer service! Never reaponded to the email I sent requesting return of the itens. That is not honest of you.

Les tailles expliqué ne correspondent pas. J'attends depuis deux semaines pour un bon de retour et un remboursement, rien jusqu'à ce jour.

I still have not received return instructions and keep getting other offers instead. I want to return for full refund.

If you have a longer torso, size up. Still waiting on customer service to respond for a return though…

While the suits are cute they are too small and the material feels cheap. I'm in the process of returning the items but have not received information on how to do that after multiple contacts.

Suit is fantastic and true to size! Fits all my curves just right, with plenty of room in the cups for no spillage.
